Despite reaching out to the casino, the player has not received a response, only promotional offers. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino has no reaction policy.

I was advised 7-21 working days for my details to be verified and withdrawal to be accepted, after the 21 day period I logged in and asked for an update the chat assistant advised ot was still pending and closed the chat, I have tried again to contact the casino but with no avail, however the casino bombard me with bonuses and offers to add more money when my first withdrawal has not been granted.

Please help with this situation.

I sent all documents they requested to verify my account on the day of withdrawal and still not verified.

I played only with real money.
