Won 30 dollars of a no deposit free spins that this site gives you when you sign up as a new player. Said I had to play through around 2000 to cash out a max of 50. My withdrawal became voided all of a sudden saying I have played 21 consecutive no deposit promos without a deposit and they took my winnings away. THAT IS WHY ITS CALLED A NO DEPOSIT BONUS..YOU DONT NEED TO DEPOSIT TO USE IT. There is no notification about having to deposit in order to get your winnings. They are fucking idiots.

6.1. Overall Bonus and Promotion Rules

By claiming any bonus at Mr. O Casino, including but not limited to no-deposit bonuses, deposit bonuses, bonus chips, free spins, and comp points, you fully agree to the terms outlined herein.

(d) Free bonuses are only accessible when there are no pending payout transactions linked to the Player’s account. Consecutive claiming of free bonuses is not allowed; there should be at least one deposit made between them.

(k) There are no two consecutive withdrawals from two free promotions; after receiving a withdrawal from one free promotion, the Player needs to deposit before becoming eligible to request the new withdrawal from another free promotion.


6.6. Betting Limits

(c) Furthermore, only one free promotion can be claimed between deposits that do not involve bonuses.

When you sign up, there is a promotion that gives you 50 spins for free everyday. This is what I won on. There is nothing that says anything about needing to deposit in order to withdraw, only a playthrough amount. It’s fine, I would have complained to their licensing authority but since they aren’t licensed it doesn’t really matter. I won’t ever deposit money there now and just play on Chumba. I always win a lot there and never have any problems with withdrawal. Mr O can delete my account.
