The German player made allegations against the casino, claiming that they offered counterfeit games. However, as the player's accusations were found to be baseless, we dismissed the case.

I want to make it short.

This casino offers pirated games.

They offer Novomatic games such as Book of Ra which are impossible in my jurisdiction for licensing reasons which differ in their look from the originals e.g. green interface vs. yellow interface from Greentube.

Also there is no mentioning of the copyright holder Novomatic. I checked the originating game server and it is not the correct server from Greentube. I confronted Lucky Block with this and they merely informed me that this was their new provider N2 without giving any reference to website or company. Fact is, players are losing money on a counterfeited game which cannot be integrity tested, without any reference to RTP. This is blatantly incorrect und rogue. My next step is to inform Curacao Egaming as a licensed casino cannot offer fake games. And of course Novomatic the copyright holder of these slots will be informed in order to take civil measures vs. the perpetrators.

Dear montblancor,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Our data team reviewed these games and confirmed that they are indeed fake. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we have already included this information in the casino review.

Could you please clarify the dispute value (€70)?

Additionally, please forward all the relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru. Alternatively, you can post it here.

Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Hello,

thank you for your response.

The 70 EUR are the approximate loss in cryptocurrency on these games which I played in good faith before finding out that they were not legitimate. I feel the casino should return these funds and remove the relevant fake games from their site. The loss amount can be proven via the wallet transfer from my wallet to the casino wallet.

Regarding communication with the casino I cannot provide this unfortunately as the casino kicked me out from live chat when I touched the topic of fake games and requested to close my account. They were unwilling to comment on this or take any responsability.

I really urge players to stay away from Lucky Blocks because this type of behaviour is extremely rogue.

Regards

Dear montblancor,

Thank you for your understanding and patience throughout the resolution process. After conducting a thorough investigation, I have obtained relevant information that verifies the validity of the games offered by Lucky Block Casino, as they are indeed from Novomatic. As a result, I have no choice but to dismiss this case.

Alternatively, you have the option to file an official complaint with the licensing authority of the casino. I am more than willing to assist you with this process, and you can reach me at the email address provided below. Please feel free to ask any questions or request further assistance.
