Yes. Nothing but issues. I have too many to name. I have them recorded and it’s really really bad to try to get involved in this. I just need someone of a respected position to talk some sense into these people. Being deceptive and misleading people. Then to top it off they won’t even give me my comprehensive game history because it’s damaging to them. It proves that these games are fixed. They are the most predictable, same resulting, scams I have ever seen. They use deceptive practices, misleading statements, and just all around defrauding people to sell their service. If they had nothing to hide, or if they were honest and trustworthy as they say. They wouldn’t have to further prove me right by denying me the results of my own spins. Look you know what’s right and what’s wrong correct? Well you know it’s not too much for a player to ask for and should be honored at any respectable casino. Every player should have the right to ensure they are not being scammed out of their money. This is all documented and recorded. I am trying to just get some kind of justice and I would appreciate it if you didn’t do what you always do. Protect the casino at all costs and end up telling me no even though I’m legally in the right. Please redeem yourself. It’s only my play history. It’s the truth… A casino can’t deny me the truth or it’s fraud. For their terms and conditions to be considered a contract between the casino and I, everything has to be upfront and honest. Transparent. Welll I have proof they are lying for profit and that’s fraud by law. Fraud voids any contract between us and I am entitled to the refunding of my losses and I can even seen damages. Also they will be subject to interest at the rate of 10 percent per annum. Now that play history contains evidence if I am correct or not about my accusations and if they are keeping it from me that’s already guilty.

Could you please tell us what are you accusing the casino of? - specify what kind of fraud do you mean. We unfortunately can't just request betting history without any concrete reason.

You cannot expect these establishments to be fully transparent with the play history then that’s technically fraud right there because they are denying proof that I received a fair, random, impartial, and unbiased gaming experience. I paid money in good faith on a contract binding both parties. Not just the customer. Denial of facts or evidence that could determine and reassure the customer that they were not cheated in any way is a breach of fair gaming guarantees. Information withheld is an admittance of guilt and directly contradicts the impression given in the terms of a fair chance

We still however need a reason for ask for anything from the casino, which you still did not give us. Could you please specify what kind of fraud did you mean or what exactly happen? Unfortunately, if you can't, there isn't anything we are able to do in this case and we will be forced to reject the complaint.

Ok… you know when you enter into a contract with people who are not honest and up front about what you are paying for and then you find out the hard way that you are being lied to and fed the same crap that has nothing to do with what you bought? Yeah well that’s fraud and it’s illegal. I have every right to examine the play history and determine if I was subject to circumstances such as that. I paid them money and I am convinced that there is something very wrong with these games. So unless you have a problem with a customer obtaining his own information that any legit company shouldn’t have any problem giving. It would be nice if there was someone out here that wasn’t enabling mass fraud and deceptive practices and not only writes guarantees and statements and actually stood by them.

I've asked you multiple times to state a reason why would you like to get your betting history from the casino. As you still could not tell any, we can't contact the casino as we don't know what is the issue. As stated above, the complaint will be now rejected. If you wish to continue resolving the case, please forward a relevant reason or explanation why would you like to get your history from Lucky Tiger Casino - without it, we can't help you.
