I get that but been 3 days now with no reply or response and why is my account frozen so it doesn't allow me to withdraw my funds, I can't do anything I can log into my account and that's it can't do anything else my funds are showing but can't do anything else I have never had this with any other gambling site I have used NEVER and to not have any online assistance it really poor in this day and age just the good old emails and don't reply for days on end.
