I signed up at Fever Slots with no problems during registration and quickly completed the ID verification process. I then proceeded to do a test deposit of $20. First off, even though I specified "no bonus" during my deposit, I was credited with the bonus anyways - with an utterly ridiculous 35x wagering requirement. $700 in bets to clear a $20 bonus? no thank you.
I then attempted to play games from 4 different providers, getting an error message each time. I tried on different devices, different browsers, went through the usual routine of deleting internet history, clearing cache & cookies, etc - nothing.
I then tried to get in touch with customer service - the form on their website gave me an error, so I couldn't even use it. No one answered their phone line, and there isn't even an email address on their website - I had to dig around in the T&C to find one for Six Gaming support. It's not been weeks since I've emailed them - multiple times - with no response. So my money is sitting in their bank account, earning them interest, and I don't get to use it at all. Worst casino experience ever.
Twice now they got me. I was wrong for giving them another chance but they are scammers. I have no problem depositing thousands but when it's time to withdraw, they don't exist. They ignore and ignore, no one answers the phone ever, or returns your call. They say there's a problem with the withdrawal method, make the money available hoping you will gamble it away, it's so fixed that you lose it. Now that I lost it all they are responding to my emails
Would not recommend using this site if bonus is what your after. Lost all my credits and all they could say was "it's my fault for choosing the bonus". I made $17 from that free spin, went and played a different game and made $400 went back to the game that gave me the free spins and a few clicks later credits disappeared and I was back to $1. Definitely read the fine print.
