However, the player did not respond to our follow-up messages for further investigation, leading us to reject the complaint due to lack of communication.

I was told on 11/2 that payout would be complete within 24 -48 hours and was in the next batch of processed payouts. The status of my payout just was changed on 11/5 to Authorized and should have been processed within that day. It’s now 11/8 and still no payout. I have contacted the casino numerous times and each time I’ve been "next batch", next week, or "24-48 hours". This isn’t my first payout and was was told after the first one the others would move quickly. This payout however is taken longer than the first one and the same response in every email or chat adds more wait time. If you do win and want a payout from this casino make sure you aren’t in any hurry to receive it.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
