I made a 1st deposit of 2500rs and then 2nd deposit of 15000rs.
Now this casino is not allowing me to play some games . It's showing you cannot play this games.
On asking for verification I have completed my full kyc.
Now I am trying to withdraw my funds they are saying I need to wager again the full deposit in live casino and sports again.
I have not claimed any bonuses on my deposit.
In this way I am going to loose all my money. I request casino guru to take actions against them and ask them to refund my balance.

We have addressed the issue internally, and the customer can now request their withdrawal once again. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
As for the new deposit of 15000.00 INR, the customer has to use it fully to meet the wagering requirements outlined in our Terms & Conditions. This policy is an important part of our AML measures.
