The player from Hungary had made his first deposit with the aim to receive a promised 100% bonus, but the casino had denied it without explanation. When he tried to reconnect with chat support, he had received an error notification which led him to suspect that the casino might be a scam. The player had used a Visa/Mastercard for the deposit and had not used any no-deposit bonuses. Despite our efforts to understand the situation and assist the player, he had asked to close his account expressing his dissatisfaction with the casino. We were unable to investigate the case with the casino due to the player's decision to close his account. The complaint was eventually rejected as the player did not respond to our further inquiries.

So, today I finally made my first deposit at the casino, eager to take advantage of the promised 100% bonus. It was just the minimum requirement(6000HUF)but still, I was excited to get started. However, when I reached out to the chat support to inquire about the bonus, they bluntly told me I wouldn't be receiving it, offering no reasonable explanation.

Disappointed but undeterred, I decided to go ahead and start playing anyway. When I tried to reconnect with the chat support later to see if there had been any update, I received a notification saying "ZEN DISK NOT AVAILABLE." That's when it hit me - this site might be a scam. It's frustrating and disappointing, but at least I learned to be more cautious in the future. Watch out, folks, not all online casinos are what they seem.

I made my first deposit after I read the terms of the first deposit bonus which said the minimum amount to get the 100% bonus is 6000 huf…
