I deposited £20 and fulfilled the wagering requirements of the 1st deposit bonus.


i had around £200 at the time of completing the wagering requirements and all of a sudden my balance turned into £1.60.


i told live support about it and they said their team is working on getting my funds back to my account as I "had a stuck round on big bass splash" and was a technical issue.


this was 2 days ago and I've asked for an update a number of times and they keep just saying their team is working on it.

Hello Veronica, I'm sorry I don't have screenshots of game time.


all I can tell you it was Big Bass Splash and I had around £200 before the issue happened.


i attached a photograph of the discussion with the livechat and I can email the transcript to the email address you provided.


it was around lunchtime Sunday 21st April this all happened.
