I deposited 30 euros on this site. they restricted my account at the first bet. I was not allowed to make even the first bet. I passed the KYc but they are not allowing me to withdraw the deposit amount because I didn't fulfill the rollover requirement. Note that didn't take any bonus. they are asking now for 5 times rollover even I can't make a bet, none.

I have played in football, champions league with odds 1.1 that it seems do not count for the rollover purpose. small sums 1 or 2 euros. Yes I have fully verified my account.

I’m truly sorry we couldn’t help you to resolve this case, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future.
