Well I made a deposit on March 9 $21 bitcoin deposit and I proceeded to win $5000 off that I did not claim a bonus on the deposit!!Now I got an email from the casino manager tell me why they rejected my withdrawal but here's the kicker they're claiming that they denied it because I used two bonuses right well I mean I did but that was on March 7 A completely different transaction different date and I already let that one go and explain to me why they did that and I understood so then I proceeded to do it the right way. I think they're getting the two mixed up because I made a deposit on the ninth without claiming a bonus and then I won as per casino rules and they keep denying my withdrawal request even though it's not even from the seventh at two different transactions entirely I will attached the emails. I just don't know what to do anymore because I won fair and square and then I even called the casino last weekend and the lady told me how she can see that I did be in the account by Monday when I called Monday and that's when I told you denied it again so either they're purposely trying to act like they don't realize I won the correct way also just trying to screw me out of money but I did it correctly 100%

Should a player claim more than one free bonus offer (in succession without making a purchase at the specific casino in question), any winnings generated from this bonus will be null and void."


We will contact the casino and ask for their cooperation in resolving your problem, but, before we do so, could you please forward your cashier history to petronela.k@casino.guru? Please advise how much was your active balance when you’ve placed a deposit on the 9th of March.

OK I was wrong I assume that my available balance was zero but there was $.38 in there from a prior bonus but the casino told me to play down and then if I need to deposit it will be good I want to put it I want to be deposited knowing the F if I knew the money was gonna be bad!! Do you know that is extremely tacky that they're going to withhold $5000 for me because a $.38 she made it sound like I continue to play on my winnings like like like $.38 really hope you can you make a damn wager with $.38 let alone no I want on my bitcoin deposit!! Can I legally do that because you know that's just tacky and cheesy and low I mean if it's not illegal it's straight a moral dude because you know there's nothing you can do a $.38 she made it seem like I'm at the scheme and I made a Deposit I want and I need to dry didn't clean when she even made it you didn't she know they didn't claim a bonus so if that's the case since I didn't claim it on the deposit and I'm entitled to one could you get one one bonus per deposit can I just use that $.38 is my bonus and then still keep the withdrawal then I didn't even realize that that was in there!! So technically then I'd only be using a one $.38 bonus and I didn't even know that was in it I don't know what to do man this is just this seems really low and dirty and it's just not right if they really value customers they would they would treat them better than this in the whole time all these days of been asking they just kept give me a huge consecutive bonuses over and over and over he went to a fine she's been out because of $.38 and you know she just didn't want to tell me if she even knows it's b***t there's got to be some minimum that that that and that's not counting as a bonus that is really no way to get the money off your account I mean how do you get rid of 38 since you can't tell me that they can deny a withdrawal to anyone who has it and overplayed bonus every single time they were not only makes a deposit that seems illegal to me but I'll do a screenshot hear of it it's pretty lame.

OK let's just say for hypothetical reason that the bonus was in my account to 38 since I didn't know about it but it was now since this rule above here says that my one free whatever it says basically but I made it I made a deposit with that make a $.38 basically my bonus so how can he still take it you know I wasn't planning on a bonus I still in my head I didn't claim I didn't but that's on saying they're using their fine print to screw me overSo there's gonna be some kind of loophole like something to me that tells me that that would've been my bonus then they legit wants to take me to deposit it and let me know if I'm right please this is just so stressful

was seriously just like to know if they can legally do that I mean everyone hears got to see that their railroading Me big time now and I made a deposit I was on the assumption my account with zero I in even if I seen$.38 in my head and I didn't really register here this is a bonus money I didn't know that I figured you know it's down below any kind of bet l you could possibly make at the casino you make a deposit in your moneys gone again they can have $.38 back I don't care she made it sound like I was winning thousand dollars off the $.38 no they had nothing to do with it but when I did make a deposit there was a 38 and Carrie over so if they're going to f**k me on that that's b***t and you know what she knew about it the whole time it took me almost an hour talking to her on the phone for that finally got why they didn't make my withdrawal, because when I made a deposit I assume my account with zero and $.38 to me that's zero you know well tell them it's a reason top is really sneaky weasel freaking reason to not pay somebody I want that fan square I didn't claim a bonus and I didn't have any money $.38 that ain't shit she's hot doesn't justify 5000 manbleeding or any clear deposit she said we know you didn't we are eating there was a freaking carry over $.38 That I can sell it sitter you know basically worthless you can't even spend it so there's no way to get rid of it so it sits there so you tell me every single time someone comes to bonuses the next deposit if you have money even a couple cents on the account that hold the money the printer is bad that doesn't drive either man f***g something doesn't smell right I'm getting screwed now and I need help

So what does that mean?? There going to get away w it aren't they!! It just makes me really angry because I actually legit won the money and they're trying every rhyme and reason they can to not pay me you know if I this was a dishonest thing like if I actually did when is this dishonestly I won't be going through all this making this big of a stink about it it's not the fact about the money, the money is nice but it's the fact that they're trying to get over on on the player when the players actually Right!!Whatever comes of this I know that I won that money fair and square now the $.38 I didn't really come in to play at all I didn't even really realize it was there when I made a deposit why would I deposit money if it was worthless!!
