I made a deposit and made the required playthrough for withdrawal accordingly, I sent in all documents requested. A week went by and I ask about payment, they said it was approved and in queue for payment. Each week I’ve asked and I get the same answer, "it’s in queue waiting payment" "any moment it should be in your account" yesterday they changed their answer to "we’re sorry about the delay we are working to fix the problem" there wasn’t a problem yesterday. Please help!

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

here are the screenshots from my account, one is the current withdrawal request and another is a response from Monday 1/23/2023. I did send in the required documents via email, they said it’s been approved for weeks so I want to know my my request for withdrawal is taking so long, it is a Bitcoin request which has taken at most 3 days on other sites, please help, let me know if you need any other information, thank you

This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Golden Lady Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Golden Lady Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
