when I signed up I was on a different person's chrome. It auto filled some information about me that was incorrect. When it was time to withdraw I realized my information was incorrect. I contacted support right away and tried to change my information.

Complying with there terms of service "5.3.1. Misprints or errors in personal data which can be confirmed with documentation during verification may be considered insignificant and not lead to any form of restriction being applied to the customer’s account."

They told me I needed to submit my KYC and then they could change the name of my account. I did KYC showed my ID and my account was blocked and my funds are not able to withdraw

Hello JereKautto,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with GGBet Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise when did you register the account and how long after that did you notice the mistake? Do I understand it correctly that all the registration details differs from the documents? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

This was about 5-6 days after my account creation. I had not looked over my personal information, due to me not depositing or withdrawing anything more.

I had a big win and went to withdraw all my winnings and was KYC'd this is when I went to submit my documents I realized all my information was incorrect. I was only able to switch my address which I did.

I tried explaining this to the casino multiple times, but they always say I should have contacted them right away, however I did contact them as soon as I found the error because once you enter your personal information it takes you off that screen. They have now said my case is closed and my account will remain terminated. This is a horrible look for them because I am sure if I did not win big they would never have done this to my account.

Hello JereKautto,

Can you please advise if the device you used to register is also used by another casino player?

The Device I used was not used by another player. I was using a friends computer however I asked him and he has never used the website himself

Hello JereKautto,

Please keep in mind for any future registration in any casino to always use your own device to do it. Also be sure to double check every detail right away and contact the casino as soon as possible to change any mistakes.

I would like to ask GGBet Casino to join us and help us resolve the player's issue. Is the player still eligible to verify and play in the casino?

Hello!

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're facing. Let me address this situation:

You mentioned that during registration, you were on a different person's Chrome, and it auto-filled some incorrect information about you. When you realized the error and attempted to correct it, you contacted our support team.

You referred to our terms of service section 5.3.1, which states that "misprints or errors in personal data which can be confirmed with documentation during verification may be considered insignificant and not lead to any form of restriction being applied to the customer’s account." However, your case presents some complexities:

  1. User's Email: It's important to note that the user's email was correctly entered during the registration process.
  2. Manual Entry: Information like your date of birth is typically entered manually during registration, and auto-fill doesn't affect this part of the process.
  3. Google Account Selection: When using Google Accounts for registration, you have the option to select the appropriate account, meaning you knowingly chose a different account. This action contradicts the narrative that your account information was entirely auto-filled without your consent.

Therefore, the situation you described does not accurately align with the actual circumstances.
