The player from India had deposited 500 into their account at GGbet which didn't reflect. The casino then closed their account, citing promotional abuse as the reason, even though the player denied any such misconduct. The player had claimed they did not complete the bonus wagering and did not profit from the bonus. After a thorough investigation, the casino had provided evidence that the player's gaming activity was in violation of their bonus terms and conditions. We found the evidence compelling and in line with the casino's claims. As such, we agreed with the casino's decision to close the player's account and declined the complaint as unjustified.

I deposit a 500 and it didn't reflect.

Next i had a balance of 1500 and casino closed my account saying i abused their promotions.

But I never won even 1 rupee from promotions nor did I abuse any promotions.

Please help me casinoguru

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

No no ,leave the deposit issue.

The casino closed my account and I don't know why.

Yes I used casino bonus but didn't didn't complete wagering and never got even one rupee from bonus.

Do you happen to know if anyone within your immediate vicinity or social circle has ever redeemed any bonus from this particular casino before? I am asking because there have been instances where individuals within close proximity or with shared IP addresses have been flagged for bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, even if they were not directly involved. Therefore, it would be helpful to rule out any potential conflicts or complications that could arise from previous bonus redemptions by others in your vicinity.

No nothing. They just closed my account saying.


They found some kind of bonus abuse in my gaming activity. But the truth i played slots by taking a bonus but never won anything from bonus. Not did I even wager it. Nor won anything out from slots

I'm Michal and I have taken over your complaint. I have reviewed your case and if I understand it correctly, you have not finished the bonus wagering, right?

If so, the casino has this mentioned in its bonus T&Cs:

3. All cash bonuses and gifted free spins are available to wager within 5 days from the date of receipt. If the bonuses have not been wagered after this period, they will be automatically voided. The exception is those bonuses with conditions that indicate a validity period.
5. The player only starts playing with bonus funds when the amount in their real account is at zero.

So, as real money is used first, your winnings likely came from bonus money and as you have not fulfilled the bonus wagering the funds were deducted. But I would like the casino team to explain what really happened. We would like to invite GGBet Casino to join the conversation.

This involves making deposits, activating bonuses, collecting features in certain games, and then concealing real funds by placing sports bets.
