My first withdrawal took 7 weeks to receive with several conversations and lies about when I’d receive my funds. Withdraws are princesses in batches every 1-2 weeks so if they don’t get you in a batch you have to wait for the next one. You have to resubmit your Kyc docs every three months which is way more often then any other casino. When you go to withdraw, the only option is a wire transfer yet you’re told that you can withdraw via bitcoin but you still have to enter the withdrawal as a wire transfer which shows that you’ll be charged a $45 fee for the wire. When done through bitcoin, there is no fee. bit bitcoin is not an option on theyre withdrawal system. You the have to email them to tell them you want a bitcoin withdrawal. several times. The process is very long and arduous and not user friendly in any way. It’s way below the industry standard. It seems they have every reason to delay or not pay your winnings. And then when you finally get it it’s as if they did you a favor. Even though you’ve waited an exorbitant amount of time. They run consecutive promos that involve daily deposits but if you win, it stops the ehiole process of the contest because you can’t withdraw or play again until the withdrawal is complete (7 weeks in my case). It’s a flaw in how the contests are offered and the payouts that come with it. The games are excellent and the people are great but the withdrawal process has a lot of euro to be done to even bring it to a reasonable timeframe. If the speed of withdrawals is important to you, do not use this casino.
