The player from Sweden, after having met the required wagering on no deposit free spins, attempted to withdraw the winnings. Despite having a verified account, the casino had confiscated the funds. The player had not made any real money deposits at Freshbet Casino and had claimed multiple no-deposit bonuses, thus breaching the casino's rules. After reviewing the evidence provided by the casino, we had concluded that the player's complaint was unjustified due to violation of the casino's bonus terms and conditions. The player's winnings had been rightfully confiscated by the casino.

Got their no deposit freespins, which by the terms are cashable, if wagering is met. Completed the wagering and as I am a verified player, they confiscated the winnings when I tried to withdraw!


I will head to Stockholm's Cyber Crime Office and report them!

I have registered into this casino 4 months ago. I haven't deposited yet because I have played on its' sister casinos, and haven't got any of my winnings. But if it is required a deposit, I am willing to do it.


This bonus, as per terms, was cashable and I fulfilled their conditions.


I spoke yesterday with the customer support and they said write an email, to support@fresh-bet. com.I sent 2 emails, and got no response from them.
