I didn't know what to upload for the payment method last deposit I sent in a screenshot of my online banking and a separate account statement but you can't see the deposit on the account statement because it's from the previous month but you can see name address account number everything and on the Screenshot holds the deposit date and account number from me is that enough?

if you try to provide the proof of deposit, I'm quite sure that the transaction must be visible. The same goes for the proof of adress, the statement must show your full address.

I'm sure that the casino should let you know whether something is missing or not.

They just did it really badly that you can't show other deposits. That's not my first deposit. I read somewhere that when the bank statement comes next month they say it was too long ago. I would be happy if you have another solution and would share it here. It's just so handicapped.

I got it correctly. It's usually that the full name and address are also needed on the "proof of transaction" not only on the banking statements - which usually serves as the proof of address. I know it sounds like a mess, but I have already come across this issue several times. 

Furthermore, I thought that you can generate the payment history in your online banking app for any dates you see fit the same way I can. I'm sorry it s not possible for you.
