as long as you’re fully verified and the card you chose to withdraw to is a Mastercard there shouldn’t be an issue. I had multiple withdrawals with that time frame , it takes a while but the money does come. Good luck

Hi, does it come with the 36 hours or has it taken longer. They just don't seem to look into properly. I deposited alot of money and I won 400 euros so I am worried. They seem responsive in emails but they just don't seem to look into the issue. I guess I wait another 5 hours

I am with NatWest (which is a MasterCard) l. Apparently they emailed me now saying there are technical issues and it's a global thing. I'm really upset about this
If I can then withdrawal and do it again then I be 'at the back of the queue' and have yo wait another 36 hours. Do you remember how long it took for the technical issue to resolve?
It was just a once time technical issue, the online chat agent didn’t know how long but when I put in for the next withdrawal it didn’t happen again, or any time after that. Have they returned the funds to your account? They did that with me and I just had to request the withdrawal again and wait the 36 hours. It’s a long time, and you never know if it’s actually coming but I’m only talking from my own experience and I did about 8 withdrawals at €400 and I received them all
The withdrawal is still pending. Maybe they just want me to spend it but I won't. How long exactly did it take to resolve the issue. It's just I suffer from anxiety and I just need some reassurance. Do you think I should cancel the withdrawal request and put it through again?
When I had the technical issue, I spoke to the online chat agent and they cancelled the request and the funds were back in my playing account, and then I did another request and there was no technical issue again (I was expecting one). The funds were in the bank 36 hours later.
I had 10 withdrawals declined and I gave up in the end. It’s a scam website. From what I understand the only bank it will withdraw to is Starling or some other online bank. I wouldn’t hold your breath.
Yes they just told me to cancel that withdrawal request and do a new one but now I can't even request a withdrawal. I may have to somehow put a complaint in somewhere. This is out of order
I lost 3k because I couldn’t withdraw. They just keep saying retry until you give up. The casino isn’t regulated so you can’t do anything.
I just done a new request so I will wait another 36 hours. If not I am going to try and report this company
Hi, I have been playing with Basswin online and I am waiting on my withdrawal of 400. It still says pending and I am worried about it. I got in touch with customer services who are asking me to wait the full 36 hours. I told them I have anxiety and if they can get in touch with payment process team to find out. They just keep replying to me that I have to wait 36 hours. Their terms and conditions do state between 24-36 hours. But all I get is - oh it's only been 32 hours..etc. anyone else with this problem? Can anyone help?

I got an email saying it's technical issues. I been told to try and request another withdrawal again.
However I am glad that the casino explained to you in an email what all can cause technical problems.
So we'll see how the Neteller withdrawal goes and hopefully everything will work out.

Well NETELLER is known for worldwide transactions. If this fails then their need to sort their MasterCard system out. I don't think there have been technical issues. I believe they just refusing to pay out. They refuse to give me contact details for the payment department. I called on the number on their website and the person refused to give me any details or help me out at all. If NETELLER fails then I believe the company is definitely a scam.
