They said the exact same nonsense to me. To be honest I don’t think they have the money to pay people and that’s all it comes down to.

but case u to put money in, anyone who wins big never seems to get paid out through the nonsense they come up with

I would probably start thinking about filing a complaint because I see that you keep getting the same answers either in email or in live chat. It hasn't gone anywhere and while I understand that the casino may have technical issues, I feel like they have been around long enough and nothing is happening.

Contacted them via live chat, they were very responsive and helpful and told me to upload and get a Mastercard verified (I used my starling card) and the withdrawal was created again. 36 hours later the funds was in my account.

I did a withdrawal request and 48 hours later I got an email saying it was rejected due to a technical error. My account manager said this sometimes can happen, and that I could maybe use another Mastercard - she recommended revolut or Skrill as these had 99% chance of having no issues with withdrawing, so I opened a Skrill and got that Mastercard verified but in the meantime I tried to withdraw via my starling again. 36 hours later the funds were in my account. So today I should receive my 3rd withdrawal (have to do 5 in total as my winnings were 2k) so fingers crossed there are no issues with this.

I think give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient, try alternative Mastercard or a site they recommend and hopefully withdrawals will be good for you.

I know the €400 withdrawal limit is annoying and long when you have a large winning amount but I would rather they pay out slowly than not at all

*UPDATE*

had another successful withdrawal of €400 today (4th time now). This one took a little longer, around 42 hours but happy they’re coming without any issues.

I’ve been playing with my winnings between waiting for withdrawals and now my balance is at €3600. Just done another withdrawal for €400 which should arrive Monday evening if all goes well. Will update

How long has all this been going on, please ? For what reason did they reject your last withdrawal ? Have you thought about filing a complaint when you can't get anywhere for some time ? 

We give casinos 14 days to sort everything out and from what I can see, another player got his money. I guess that would give me some hope.

I would probably agree that €400 is quite limiting, but if you take it that the money will come and that's the most important thing, I'd probably look at it the same way. After all, I would never gamble with more money than I can afford to spend, so that's the main reason why I wouldn't mind it and I could wait. In your case, it's not even been that long, so you probably have better experience than others.

I won 5400 3 days ago. Wagered the required amount and made a withdrawal( most in one time is 400)

Received a email saying your broke casino wagering rules which is not true as I have read that rule on their terms and conditions.

'You can't bet high to increase the balance and then drop low to restrict your risk.'

That's weird as I was betting between one level of betting for 4750 euros of wagering.

They didn't suspend me they just made that 5400 disappear. I asked proof and they said we don't have to provide proof. They claim they are honest even though I have screen shots of all of my gaming history that contradicts this.

They are a non license company with a small turn over so if you win big expect this clause in their contact to be used by them. Please don't go on this site. It's a scam.

Hi, I've heard of a similar case like this before and I don't think it's fair. Especially when you have some wagering you have to do. If you played with a bonus or something similar and you didn't break the max bet, I don't think it should be like that. Also, if you are playing with real money and your bet is higher at first and then goes down, I don't see that as a reason to take wins either.

Hi, I have been playing with Basswin online and I am waiting on my withdrawal of 400. It still says pending and I am worried about it. I got in touch with customer services who are asking me to wait the full 36 hours. I told them I have anxiety and if they can get in touch with payment process team to find out. They just keep replying to me that I have to wait 36 hours. Their terms and conditions do state between 24-36 hours. But all I get is - oh it's only been 32 hours..etc. anyone else with this problem? Can anyone help?
