Similar issues to others. Trying to withdraw funds and comes back saying they had technical errors. I've done everything they asked, sent proof of address, verified payment, sent images of driver's licence, but still there are problems. The support team offer nothing but templated responses that don't acknowledge the actual query.

My bank gave a clear explanation as to to why the payment was declined, so I emailed this the basswin but they seem to ignore it. Is it worth raising a complaint with anyone?
