It is very difficult it only happens once every 6 months but its a big loss and a shock getting too old for it now but I have learned to switch off when I realise I will not win which I suppose is something but the day it happened I was just sick of my boring routine and it drew me in like a magnate I suppose my defences broke but im determined not to think that 6 months was a waste as I learned a lot and changed a lot for the better

Yes I did, it was one of very few merchants, where I did not have to wait 40 days for money to get refunded to my account. It was instant refund after my bank raised chargebacks.

it was my first ever attempt at a raise of chargeback and I mentioned gambling then my bank rejected it.

Sorry to hear that mate I did the same thing not too long ago and I haven't even had any of my chargebacks successful yet so its really left me struggling financially and mentally, we are not alone in this . You should reach out for some proper help before you lose more

Oh no, I never mentioned gambling on any of my chargebacks. Just done my research on merchant, than raised chargebacks with description of what kind of services or goods not received.

Thanks for the support mate sorry to hear of your demise I got the best support from gamcare it worked for a bit but was not the cure im deffo not going near the bookies slots again sickened by it will leave my card at home and use apple pay and the online site can still get on it but not been tempted to use it again so far best plan is to stop now and see if I can work another miracle im lucky im in a much better position than at the start of this journey but still £25000 in debt but it was probably about £80000 at the start

For me, I would remove apple pay too. It can be tempting when a lot of these sites offer it as a payment option and that is where most of my deposits came from. You are better off chopping all your cards up, getting a new bank account, and only having enough money in there for your daily life . That is what has helped me

Can you try to raise it again as services not received? I think it will be hard to get reply directly from them.

Nope revolut won’t let me reopen them I think it’s a lost cause.

I had a terrible Easter holidays but was glad I did not have to go to work the holiday gave me a chance to reset a bit.

I spent a lot of it sleeping in bed feeling low and tired.

I am blocked from most of them but there is always one you find your right its not going away even if it was just the bookies you could not lose as much as those rogue pit sites they drain you

Im lucky as apple pay does not work on the sites I have cut up my bank card a few times but I need it plus you can see all your card details online so no point if I leave the card at home there is no way to draw money out to use them its this online illegal site thing that is the problem

Nothing or no one can convince you to stop when your in that frame of mind at the time it's escaping reality! Yes from my understanding Revolut very difficult to deal with. I had reply from Bitsent as well, it was going nowhere. I did chargeback for no crypto received and won. Money was sent to my account after 2 weeks, but it was only 2 small transactions for around 100 pounds.

You need to get Gamban installed on your devices immediately mate, for your own sake. It will mean you can't access this thread either but at least you won't have easy access to these sites. You also need to be very careful if you attempt to get money back from the same bank. Get help mate, get to GA etc. You can't keep relapsing as you will end up completely messing your life up.

I was thinking the other day of getting rid of my smartphone ive took a £25000 loan out with Halifax personal loans to pay of my loan on the house and just got the settlement amount £23800 ive got £24800 in my bank im waiting on my refund from the bank for skinsmgnate for £1600 to pay the house loan then ive nothing left i need the refund to cover me this month I lost that money at the weekend and just cashed in 10k premium bonds as well to cover it
