A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Make sure you properly read the terms and conditions and find any loopholes!

and just demand a refund pulling them up on their own terms and conditions.

Nope they never responded, I honestly dig so much digging on them as well, emailed them multiple times, along with joakim (co founder), some of their content creators etc. also emailed intergiro as they provide them with Visa cards, I did get a response, I honestly do not know if they will even do anything about them!

I just read their terms and conditions and found a few things that hadn’t been met since I hadn’t directly purchased anything via their site, they did issue a refund after that

Sorry Kelly don’t mean to be annoying but it said you replied to me question but I can’t see the response.

did you ever get a refund from fundof and if so how? I’ve got a few with them and had no email response at all.

That’s ok I think it was pending approval, I never got a refund back with them, they are one of my biggest ones as well

As you probably guessed I had a relapse it started by going in the bookies playing the slots which by the way are rigged to hell ! Ladbrokes I ended up losing £1500 so came home at night and used a dodgy online site in desperation and lost £7000 then lost another £1500 on bookie slots in a 3 days of madness binge so im down £10k ive stopped now 4 days realising there is no way to win on the site or the bookies its the same pattern as always and if I keep going it will end up horrendous this all happened after 6 months of hard work and being clean its like a repeated loop I am trying to get the £7000 back but it will be difficult and I would take that and try to move on and rebuild again

It's not easy pal, it's one of the worst addictions to have. There is no significant way to stop. Alcoholics will pass out, drug addicts will pass out, gambling addicts until we run out of money we can keep going.

I never received reply from them as well. Raised chargebacks with my bank as services not received, their bank send money to my account straight away. I had 19 transactions with fundof( or ZPDG, same thing).
