A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Interesting thanks. So how would I go about this? What information should I tell the bank?

I was the one who found choice pay months ago. I spoke to their owner on linked in personally and he arranged the refunds. Was a smooth process for me. Refunds were processing in a week

Just an update for those waiting for ONLINED*DG, I actually got 1/3 of my transactions refunded on Thursday (which is half a bank day in Sweden) so hopefully I will have received full refund on Tuesday after easter and can share the info.

Yes, I saw your post and thought about contacting the support on the site first. Who do you bank with?

I disputed charges with Rev bank who use MasterCard. I don't recognise company name and disputed using goods not delivered. I received the following feedback.

'after careful investigation of the dispute request your claim has been declined. We're obliged to process the request under the rules under the applicable brand of your bank card(MasterCard).

Unfortunately we don't have dispute rights in cases such as these. That means we won't be able to refund your transaction or assist further in the dispute.

Sounds like the bank are passing the book to MasterCard when they are responsible. When I Google the telephone number on the transaction on my bank statement it brings up nothing, nor the company name on the bank statement.

What to do next? Email MasterCard to report the bank?

Yeah but before you escalate it to anyone else complain directly to your bank, I've put in formal complaints to my bank of Scot as the are closing my accounts and Starling as they refused to raise disputes so I have a complaints officer looking in to it. After that if still not happy with the banks final response you can take it to the FOS

I'm currently dealing with Bitsent - they aren't very talkative though especially after I said I involved Mastercard. I don't expect to hear from them but will confirm how things go after the investigation.

My problem is with Revolut - 2nd FOS case now as they haven't followed initial instruction from FOS to attempt chargeback. I have a suspicion that there is a problem because Revolut are both the acquiring bank and sender bank. Will come out in the wash soon enough. Revolut have literally ignored all comms on it since December.
