A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

If anyone can help shed some light on my situation, it would be much appreciated.

I have transactions to Goldenbet casino that are showing as Falcora finance (bank transfer) and Travvers (apple and google pay).

i have emailed Travvers using the email addresses given on this forum but had no response so have no started a chargeback with NatWest. I have gone down the route of goods not received, stating I bought digital goods.

can anyone help me understand what I need to gather as evidence? I have screenshots of all deposits into goldenbet already incase they close my account.

any help appreciated. Thanks all

Hi paul, I have a lot of problems regarding using credit cards/loans for gambling on these dodgy offshore sites (mystake Jackbit), transactions with mystake on revolut under name 'falcora finance'. I am raising many complaints/chargeback requests but not sure im taking the right approach.

From reading through many posts you seem very knoweadgable on this and wondered if ya could spare some time to help me, whether on here or PM? Cheers

Ok cheers. Yeah I'm threateing them with the Ombudsmon if they don't act in my favour, Also messaged Falcora Finance saying I'm not happy with there transactions ( I know what there upto.)

Just wasnt sure wether or not I should go down the chargeback route, the goods/items not recieved route or I've not been protected as an addicted gambler. Also the irresponsible lending route.

I have seen this on the gambling comision website:

''A gambling business should make sure that if they are accepting payment from an e-wallet, such as PayPal or Skrill, that the money was not loaded from a credit card.''

This rule has been broken by all the gasmbling sites I've used including Betway.

Hi,

To those of you who have had success receiving a refund directly from the merchant... Have your casino accounts been closed, or is this just a few cases?

Thanks in advance

Hello

I’ve made several deposits to Pledoo, and the transactions were processed by a merchant called Vxradr, London.

I’m wondering if anyone knows who this merchant is or has any information about them.

Yours is a different kind of query to mine so not sure on this. My information is on the MCCs, Special Category status and regulated goods. Literally just uploaded a shit ton of files for them.

Use the search option at the top of the page, if anyone has mentioned that merchant then it will come up

Means they have sent it back to your bank to deal with. Mastercard cannot dispute or get your money back - they can force banks to act though and shutdown merchant networks.
