A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Have just copied all mine and my appointed investigators emails to each gaming provider used by Instantcasino.com and forwarded them the comms and also the links to the media articles. Time to pressure them.

Search choicepay on google and his name comes up on linked in. I’m not putting his name out there when he’s a legitimate businessman. They weren’t aware of the dodgy merchants

So I’ve managed to do some digging today, it turns out Falcora finance are part of nucleus 365 limited & transact365.

Believe it or not but transact365 are actually the official sponsor of Blackburn rovers women’s football club.

they have only recently received a licence in Canada in August 2024. This is where Falcora finance are from, it all sounds very convenient doesn’t it?

The CEO of the company is a woman called Sophie Flynn and both companies are regulated by FCA. Transact365 & Nucleus365

How did you find out Falcora Finance were part of Nucleus 365? I suspected they were probably the same company but I could never find proof. What proof did you find?

When I spoke to the bank they just this payment was done through Falcora but they used Nucleus365. Not sure how they have done that. The bank are the ones that provided me that information. it makes sense as they need to be regulated in that country to pay through bank transfer. I’ve reported them to the FCA today. They also have an incorrect number on the company’s FCA details, will be interesting to see the reply.

I’m taking this further as my bank refused to the scam.

They send the account the money went to is in my name with Falcora, so I assume they’re doing identity fraud to as I’ve never created an account with them.file

Monzo have told me they won’t refund any money, and that they’re closing my account?!
