Hmm, then we'll probably never find out. It's sad that this happens sometimes and casinos don't cooperate. 

I don't know if I should take it as a consolation that you at least got your deposit back, even though I probably wouldn't have been in your shoes either. 

I guess a similar situation won't happen at another casino, and what's important is that it's always good to play at a casino with a license and a good safety index. It increases the chance that they will resolve your problems and you have someone to turn to if they don't respond to us. That is, if the licensing authority handles complaints.

And that goes for the majority of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews. Trustpilot don't do anything about them. But people like me who write genuine reviews have them taken down.

Well, in that case, I assume that someone should provide support for all of you, since the site seems to be working!

Basswin confiscated my 10k back in July suggesting I had multi accounts.

I had tried to login to old domain http://basswin77.com/ which flagged as malicious of which there was no great usage or withdrawals or even verification so joined their newer one basswin07.com that was their reason for confiscation even after full verification.

They then proceeded to advise me along with Paysilo refund of deposit, sent me fake ARN and refund never received. Wouldn't be surprised if they are linked together.

I see its now 07basswin.com
