I have to agree with what other people are saying here. My account was verified with vulcan and I made a withdrawal of 350 euros previously. I then got a big enough win of 2750 euros last weekend. Suddenly, they want complete bank statements, my payslips and probably my liver and kidneys by the end. The worst part, they left my withdrawals sitting there for 5 days before rejecting them and requesting the EXTRA documents. Honestly, this casino is brutal and the customer service is shocking.
