I was getting those free spins daily before I won and they stopped but I just got the VIP email yesterday. Unless they're being tricky because you really are not supposed to cash in another bonus with a balance in your account. They're telling me to use coupon vip blah blah blah and you'll be automatically a VIP.

You got it right on the money, its also a way for them to make money off you winning, they take the bonus money right off the top when you ask for a withdrawal. And it makes it difficult to process the withdrawal because you have to be exact with your withdrawal or else its denied

I was a VIP member already as on their marketing emails, however after this incident they reset my account to " new player" status… Lol

As on the emails received by their finance team they keep on redirecting me to talk to the VIP team via phone or through the chat in order to receive more information about my case.

This is part of their technic of getting you to engage on an informal conversation since there is not such a VIP team available since I have researched for their contact information which doesn’t exist either.

They are all the same people! I don’t doubt the customer service and finance department are the exact same few people working there.

That is true there is no VIP team, there are limited employees that play diffrent roles every time you call they also oversee the customer service rep's and coach them on what to say

Additionally I have found very interesting information online about this casino that rates them on a scale of 0.7 out of 5, they have been listed on the black list of the online casinos and found too that they don’t are not licensed by any regulatory commission, however I have find the loophole and have escalated my complaints to international online fraud enforcers and regulatory governments. Starting here with CasinoGuru, and followed by Canada’s government authorities like the RCMP that works closely with the Canadian Antifraud Centre, iGaming Ontario commission, and USA FBI among others because this casino and their sisters entities like Ozwin.com, Playcroco.com, and Faigocasino.com, just to mention some which are claimed to be Australian websites have to be shutdown in order to protect players from their predatory illicit practices. Especially targeting USA and Canadian markets.

I swear I’m not stopping until I recover my money or until they get shutdown and arrested.

All these casinos have different positions. One is customer service the other 1 is accounting, another one is relevant department and security department. If you ask me it's a bunch of BS. It's a bunch of people sitting in one room on a bunch of computers laughing at us. Lol

Haha they sure are, i just got an email that said that i had not been paid becuase i had not updated my bitcoin address.... but they had sent me an email that said " thank you for updating your bitcoin address, its only good for 30 days", that's how long i have been waiting to get paid... so they are definitely getting a kick out of messing w/ us

I know all about this. Bonus are sticky. That means they remove them upon withdrawal. Most casinos do this. Have you ever received any winnings from Sunrise?. Some of us have it just takes a while. As for them being a sister site of ozwin, I will have to do some research. I lost plenty of $$ at ozwin. Maybe that's why I received my last check. you meant! She answered my customer service phone call, lied to me, then lied one more time answering my email directed to the casino payouts email address and now is from the accounting department! That’s hilarious!! How many more titles does she have?? Lol!!!
