The only place with the sunrise I play at is sunrise and occasionally lucky legends and posh . I only like posh bc they have r huge no wagering bonuses but they take forever to pay. SUNRISE IS great bc they have a vip cash back weekly and it has no max cash out plus I have coindraw which takes literally a fees days to receive money. But if I want paid thst day the casinos I listed above are great

.  i requested a check of my winnings off a free chip offered after a deposit >> payout.  also would be willing to take bitcoin, or bank wire.  for my check request they asked me what my bank is , the one illl be depositing at.  i told them BMO.  my response from sunrise slots about sending me a check was "we don’t accept your bank" as if it matters to them where i deposit  the check to the point of them refusing to send it. and the same response for wire transfer.  "our payment service provider doesn’t accept your bank "  (My bank?  you mean the #1 biggest bank in Canada for over a decade, and the USA’s 14th largest bank out of 4,700).  but even if it truly did matter to sunrise  on any level where i’m  depositing the check or no matter how crappy their service provider may be, i can’t deposit my check there?  or you can’t   give it to me cause it’s not a big enough bank?  BMO accepts international wire transfers too and is an international bank. They are more than huge.  online casinos uses BMO as their primary bank institution.  that’s why i got a BMO account.  it wouldn’t surprise me if Sunrise Slots uses this bank.

my response is

There is no such thing as "we don’t accept that bank" when we’re talking about sending a check or doing a wire transfer to a major international bank such as BMO.  i only know of (wait for it)

SEVEN  ! online casinos that uses BMO as their actual banking institution. when they send you a check of your winnings the check comes from   BMO   .  Can you imagine any one of those casino employees from Diamond Reels, SlotsWin, Island Reels, SLOTO STARS, Lion Slots, Spinoverse, or Platinum Reels, hearing this story that Sunrise "doesn’t accept" their bank???  they would say "wait What?"   🤔. just read  a World Finance Magazine. see who’s at the top for 14 consecutive years.

anyways   it’s only 200 bucks.  i’d rather get paid, almost willing to let this go, but to keep everyone honest.

any company and EVERY company and every payment service provider , and every individual in the universe,  can send a check,  to whoever they want.  no matter where the other party banks.  any company can send a check if they please.  if i was an employee of sunrise slots and my banking institution is BMO, you still wouldn’t pay me for my 40 hour work week?  cmon.  and probably the same for wire transfer.  if the bank accepts international wire transfers , then any casino on the planet can wire money to it if it pleases them.

i know it’s got nothing to do with my bank.  cause if it did they would’ve sent the check already.  "but we don’t send checks anymore" i was once told,  you are a casino in this universe, so that’s impossible.   most casinos pay they’re payouts without ever having to talk to the player before hand.  such as this case. i’m verified. i met the play thru. didn’t break any rules.  i shouldn’t be hearing from them

and yet we’re going on a SIXTH email chain just to receive a single payout. i’m depositing every day with casinos that have bonuses that don’t hold a candle to theirs ,  but they pay when i withdraw.

why would you guys pay someone else to pay players?   is your entire finance department benched for this task.  i wonder is it normal, do companies pay someone to pay someone.   i mean my job uses ADT to pay our pay checks, but is ADT really paying us?   no way.   .  it’s just their software that’s being used, and adt doesn’t take the payroll money 1st.  so there is no 3rd party vendor that is their sole business of getting paid to pay and not accept most banks, and not have all these delays upsetting their clients.

so sunrise is refusing to pay based on my bank. there’s no delay in payment cause no payment is being made

Good point. I have a few thoughts about it, though, and I would surely be interested in your opinion.

I would say that particularly large, well-known banks might not be willing to support such transactions, given the fact that many casinos do not accept multiple debit/credit cards. I see the tendency to root out gambling by closing payment channels (at least this is how it looks to me; of course, I could be wrong). Occasionally, in Europe, casinos attempt to circumvent that by sending and receiving casino-related transactions through shell companies. To be honest, I have no idea if this is a standard procedure in your country as well.

Not only that, but the legal wage is not the same as what you get when you withdraw money from a casino, in my opinion. Casino workers might also receive wages from another company.

What casino employees have to say about this would be fascinating to hear. Please make sure to let me know if you discover anything new.

This is the deal if they get a charge back from the bank in question they don’t deal with that bank anymore this is how it was explained to me

Also ask for a list of banks that they will honor that’s the thing to do

That how you managed to solve it ? I've read that you are waiting for money from this casino as well and it was supposed to arrive, so I'm curious how it will be settled in the end and when you will get it.

Be sure to keep us updated. 👍

Nope still waiting on casino guru to ask sunrise casino rep to step back in

Jbeckett8713

Yes I saw, so we will have to wait a little longer and Romi will get to you soon. But I find it sad that you were supposed to get your money on Monday and nothing happened, but I know with this casino that there have been a lot of long withdrawals, so nothing has changed in that time. Players eventually got the money but the waiting times were sometimes too long.

Anyway, if something changes, let me know.

Keep my fingers crossed. 🤞

Well still haven’t received it I requested it on 6/3 it was finally approved 6/21 but still hasn’t been sent out. This is crazy stupid long

Jbeckett8713

It certainly shouldn't be this way because from my point of view it's an excessively long time. Nobody would want to wait more than a month for their money and I think that many players have already been discouraged by this casino in this regard.

Anyway, we will contact the casino and see if they respond to your complaint. I hope that they will clarify this delay and that you will soon have your money in your account.

Good luck.

Yes it’s crazy long I originally opened the complaint on the 19th but when the casino rep stepped in he said I needed to wait the 7-10 business days from the date it was approved which was 6/21 . So the 10th business day was 7/8 bc of 4th of july but here it is 7/16 and still nothing. I hope Romi checks my complaint soon she asked yesterday if I received it which I haven’t so now just waiting on her to tell nick from sunrise to come back in

Jbeckett8713

Yes, I suppose it will happen soon. I don't like it if a casino rep says how it will be and it still isn't the case.

I hope you get your money soon. 🙂

Man I think casino guru spoiled me with my first complaint it was a record 2 days now it’s dragging and I confirmed I hadn’t received it yet and then the complaint rep asked if I had received it, after I had already said I hadn’t and now I’m waiting again for a response from her, and for her to ask the casino rep to step back in. I do understand there are other complaints but I thought it would be a little faster response times…. But that’s how it is and I do appreciate the help it’s just taking forever lol… and like I said my first complaint took two days so hopefully I hear something from yall soon… also I have always loved sunrise but after this experience it’s left a bad taste, I’ve been a super loyal player for over 2years I won a lot so much that they took away my vip status and I climbed that tier again and once again a vip level 5. Hell I even received a gift basket for Christmas lol. I told the hosts that they were going to lose a loyal player over this but it didn’t seem to have any affect… and if anyone is wondering why they take away your vip status it happens when u win more than you’ve deposited essentially your ahead of the casino. They will take your vip status within a week. They will also take away your coindraw option. And yes the casino rep should of been on it but from what I’ve been told sunrise and posh are managed by the same group that manages the other inclave sites but with posh and sunrise the management doesn’t have much say on banking and withdrawals as with there other brands. But you can see all the sister casino sites if you go to playersrewardcard I hope my insight might help someone else. I don’t know if guru deals with complaints with posh casino but if anyone has problems with them I highly suggest going to casinomeister. I only know all this bc I’ve been playing with them along time, so I’ve gotten to know some of the hosts pretty well… lol

Romi will surely get to you soon. You said it well and that there is a lot of complaints and sometimes you can't write them off right away. But I'm sure she'll try to do her best to bring you the money.

As for your experience, I'm glad you described it in more detail, because it can certainly help some other players.

About the posh casino, I know I messaged a couple of players about it but I found out that they were playing in "vip rooms", which we can't help with. So if you played in a classic casino and something happened that was unfair to you, then you can lodge a complaint against it as well.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that everything will be over soon.

jbecket what state are you from

Jaro

Yes fingers crossed and posh casino is an invite only casino which is ran by thst group. Most sites won’t touch it bc it is so locked up and private bur the only I found was casinomeister. I tried to look it up on here but it doesn’t have anything about it. So I figured you guys didn’t… and yes it will all work out in bugging the shhh out of them too lol.. funny thibg is I be had 4 different host and I’m quite familiar most of em it’s funny when I know there new and I’ll ask for Cashback n they try n tell me the terms and conditions and I say well actually your right but not this inclave casino…. Most the time I know more than they do about there brand lol…. I read all terms and conditions super big with that but yes I know a lot about the gaming industry been playing (wayyyyy to much) for almost 9 years so yup I’ve been thru all these brands…. By far in lags had the best no play no max wearing bonuses they have them at at all times on sunrise u can always get a 250% (280% with crypto with CLUB250 min dep $50 and its a no wagering no max cashout bonus n it can be used even if u have a pending withdrawal… as long as u use coindraw u will always be paid within 4 days for the first one and then 7 calendar days for the next and it’s come at the time u issue the withdrawal like clock work…. U can actually count on it…. It has a 5% fee so on 2500 they take out 125 but still u get it super fast

Hi!

Sorry to see another set of inconveniences caused to another player by the Posh VIP room.

I will not reiterate what has already been said; instead, I would like to express my gratitude for the helpful information about Sunrise.

Add anything else you deem insightful 😉

This is another example of how Sunrise Slots has treated a player like trash. I am a VIP 3 player, & the benefits are supposed to include priority withdrawals, cashback, & a monthly appreciation chip worth $300.  I received an email regarding my appreciation chip, but if my last chip was a no deposit bonus, I needed to deposit $30. I don't remember if my last transaction was a deposit or not but either way, I deposited $38.00. When it was time to claim my appreciation chip, it was declined. I spoke to customer service and they told me I needed to deposit $100. I sent them a screenshot showing that it stated a $30 deposit was required if the last transaction was a no deposit. The agent simply said it requires $100 and ended the chat.

This is surely the best way to lose a loyal customer. I mean, are you going to play there despite such an approach? I will most certainly be at least hesitant; on the other hand, I imagine you have quite a history there, and reaching VIP Tier 3 requires some time and effort. Am I right?

Radka

I contacted a VIP manager not about the appreciation chip because $300 is hardly worth my sanity. The question I asked was, what benefits come with being a VIP 3? I was shocked! He only mentioned better bonuses and a higher percentage in cash back. I asked if that was it, and he said yes. He did not mention priority withdrawals or appreciation chip, just to name a few that are on the list of so-called benefits. It makes perfect sense. There have been times when I've chatted with customer service, & I assumed they weren't listening when, in fact they probably didn't know what I was talking about, because how can I expect them to know these things when a VIP manager himself has no clue. I'm curious to know where the breakdown in communication is within their organization. Is there even such a thing as these VIP benefits? Is there communication between marketing and management? Is marketing just giving this information to web designers to include? It certainly can be frustrating for the player.
