I won more than €12,000 at the beginning of December and they automatically lowered my VIP level to level 1, limiting withdrawals to €500. Until now, payments were made within approximately 10 days of each request, but this time they haven't even complied with that.
Furthermore, on their own website they specify a period of 3 business days to process withdrawals, something they have never respected.
Can you help me please? It's been a month and a half and I still have over €6,000 pending withdrawal.
