Under this condition, it truly does not matter if you have played casino games too. The way you put it, I'm convinced the main issue lies in the sports betting branch. It's imperative that you make it clear this problem is more than a sports betting issue. The Complaint Team will then publish your case or reject it. From a general perspective, though, if you have played out the balance and have violated the rules along the way, refund (refunding the deposits) does not sound like an option to me. Of course, it depends on the details. In such cases, winnings are voided upon casino account closure.

How is it possible that the casino only received 115 penalty points?

I'm sorry how it turned out, but unfortunately black points are calculated by the system on the basis of the disputed amount. I know it's probably not the most ideal for you, but every player should do it anyway. The Safety index of this casino is already low anyway, so I don't think it was the best choice and I would definitely decide next time if I would deposit in such a casino. 

However, I don't want to lecture you just to express my empathy. 😕

How is it possible that the casino receives black points and the casino's rating increases instead of decreasing?

The casino was not even interested in my complaint and the rating from 4.7 before the complaint went up to 4.8

The safety index can be adjusted according to many factors. It doesn't just include unresolved complaints, so something must have changed for the casino to have this rating. Your complaint certainly played a role in the safety index, but if something was more important that's why you see it the way it is now. 

On the other hand, I would say that if it changes by 0,1 it probably means absolutely nothing and the casino is still rated as BAD. That's something to be aware of. 

What factors could have caused the rating to go up instead of a downgrade for fraud involving such money?

It's not like the Safety Index has increased exponentially; as Jaro explained, 0,1 means nothing for such a casino. It was, however, a system adjustment. From time to time, our teams revaluate certain aspects. Once the new values are put into the system, the Safety Index gets recalculated based on the fresh inputs.

I really think it's not necessary to start being that concerned.
