If you want to discuss anything related to Silveredge Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
I want to comment on my experience with them. ANYONE REMOTELY INTELLIGENT WILL BE ABLE TO TELL WHAT I'M SAYING MAKES PERFECT SENSE.
The site has issues. If you put a space in your postal code, which is the normal way to do it, their site glitches on account creation.
I am trying to cash out $100 I won and met all requirements. I thought it would be easy and made sure I looked into everything before contacting them. I had to spend several hours with support and they misinformed me a few times (ie. told me I had met playthrough and later said I hadn't and then told me to keep playing another 5-7 min at a $45 bet I was using when I had met playthrough and I could have lost my $ but luckily I knew better). The support kept telling me to make a withdrawal and I followed their instructions to a tee. I literally attempted it over 10 times (more actually).
I kept telling them and the stuff they were explaining was so obvious and I was like 10 steps ahead of them and the problem is on their end. I finally called and it was the same person as the chat (I knew I could get my point across better on the phone). They (Slade) told me call back in 10 min, they'll speak to their superior. I waited 30. The person (Harry) told me they are "having technical issues and please chat online".
Finally, after numerous chats and several hours with support, Slade remote connected and I walked him through everything thinking like "ugh they DON'T GET IT LOL". He finally realized it wasn't processing and I was right.
He told me to record a video, which I sent yesterday and a couple screenshots.
Also, I tried with multiple browsers, including primarily the one they recommended (Chrome) and also on mobile with multiple browsers as well. I knew the whole time the problems they're claiming aren't their site were, because based on their service and way of speaking I could tell they didn't "get it" does that make sense? And the issues I am and am about to state anyone with a grade 2 knowledge of computers and 75 IQ could figure out: it shouldn't happen and if it did they could manually resolve it. I'm a lot more intelligent than they probably think and it was so obvious.
I log on the mobile site and it's a different format, so I'm thinking let's try this. I noticed there was a withdraw option. I clicked that and it's saying that my e-mail needs to be verified to withdraw LOL. Slade told me multiple times he has already verified it and I explained "this is very simple logic your site is saying IT IS NOT WHICH MEANS THERE IS A PROBLEM ON YOUR END!". It told me it was sending me an email and never did. I clicked resend email like 25 times over the day and it never did. I made sure my e-mail everything is correct which it all was .
When Slade had logged into the account he had changed the password. At first I didn't know this so I clicked "forgot password". It didn't send me an e-mail multiple times, even though it was showing my e-mail and it works with everything else.
There were also a lot of other issues going on. This should have been soooooo simple. Especially since I asked about all the terms and ID and all that before playing.
So, I still can't withdraw the $, and it's still saying on mobile my e-mail isn't verified. On their PC version, it doesn't even mention e-mail verified or not. The site is glitched. Also, other basic stuff "Game imformation" (m not n)... last names don't allow a hyphen (mine has one), etc.
Honestly, they could just do this manually... it would take like 10 seconds. Slade even told me it was a "formality" since I was doing a Bitcoin withdrawal anyways (I asked if I could do it since I don't have utility bills (I live with parents) and he said yes, just send ID and we'll do Bitcoin (said multiple times by Slade and others).
The customer service sucks. They make super simple issues on their end seem so difficult and even one of the people was trying to say it's my problem. I can show how it all works and proof of everything. It's very basic stuff unless you're completely computer illiterate or a complete moron.
I'll let you guys know if they try to rip me off because I'm very suspicious. Also, since I used the bonus, Slade is saying the transfer will take 60-90 days (the withdrawal time says 7-10 online). Brutal...
You see where I'm going with this?
*Btw, I can upload proof of everything I'm saying.
Hello there,
I read the whole "article" and find a few interesting things as well.
Firstly, you are very suspicious - good - it may keep you safe in the world of online casinos.
Therefore allow me to notify you about the reputation of the casino you play in:
Secondly: You were probably trying to say that the whole problem is that a few emails have not arrived at your mailbox. Am I right at this point? However, you also mentioned that the site is quite glitchy, so can you tell me: What they could do manually in 10 minutes? I did not get it 🙂. I'm quite sure no chat operator is authorized to solve a system glitch.
Anyway, what is the situation now, please?
Wow, wow, wow! What you're describing here reminds me my experience with most of customer support agents I faced and it doesn't even need to be an online casino.
The general issue is simple - the support agents automatically assume that you're dumb and you barely know how to turn on your PC. That's why they automatically ignore everything you say about possible bugs and glitches on their website or tech issues related to their products.
I also often feel like there had to be thousands of people having exactly the same issue, but they treat me like they've never heard about a single similar case.
Anyway, I wish you good luck with the withdrawal 👍
I just wanted to say though. I'm pretty much psychic 🔮 (not literally). I predict things with people literally all the time. Like yesterday I'm playing this app where you get a little $ to do offers and it generally worked. I do this one it took ages and I'm thinking I guarantee it doesn't award me the credit. Boom! Called it. That's a dumb example but it's literally with everything they're so predictable. Tech support, random people, organizations, etc.
Anyways, it said "expect a resolution from us within 24h" in the email. They told me they "escalated" it too. Still no response.
Also, they told me it'll take 60-90 days (I wouldn't be surprised if it's more) for the transaction. That's hilarious!!! It says 7-10 but I guess it's different for bonuses lmfao 90 days... it's probably going to take 6 months the whole process.
F I hate people in some ways.
And Daniel, exactly. The same issue thing I experience all the time. They act like it's just me but I KNOW there's no way because you can break it down simply and realize it's not like that.
I just called them and explained clearly and got mad and they fixed it in like 2 seconds and it let me make a withdrawal. I told you. It's going to take up to 90 days. Shaun told me it's going to work so I'll update if I get the bitcoin.
At first they were trying to say I've emailed them with other accounts and made multiple. I was like LOL NO I DIDN'T... "Thomas Harden" and some other name they made up. I told them that's a lie and I'll complain they lied I have nothing to hide and they put it through.
Hello,
so Shaun is the problem fixer there. Hope that this time it will work.
If not, you can submit the complaint here:
Yeah, but I mean even if they pay out, they were obviously doing some shady s---...
I mean come on he made up two names. Number one, even if I had done that, using a false name would have disqualified me. Number two, I didn't. Number three, he obviously made it up so they were lying to my face until I called them out and told them do they think I'm that stupid that they can lie to me about what I did? It was hilarious 😂... I was like LMFAO wtf are you talking about hahahahaha
I called them out and said they're making things up and I'll file a complaint and people would know I'm telling the truth then he finally said OK I put it through.
Literally nobody knows that email and it's a combination of my name, my friend's, and my name. So what he was claiming was completely made up and impossible which means they were trying to pull a fast one possibly, right?
But you still haven't received the withdrawal, am I right?
No. He just finally made the withdrawal. He said it can take up to 90 days with a bonus lol. If I hadn't called they probably wouldn't have fixed it even.
That's insane! How can any casino tell you that you'll be waiting for the money for up to 90 days? I can't imagine what the casino had to do with the money that it would take 90 days to send it.
This is what I'm saying though. These casinos a ton of them are all bad business. I don't understand how they're allowed to get away with stuff like when he was trying to say I had multiple accounts and I did everything by the book. I basically proved they're full of sh--. Plus now I gotta wait 3 months and when you deal with people like them it's likely going to be even longer or never happen. Like if you can't pay someone $100 without issues close your f--en casino or be ashamed you hassle people like that for your job and are borderline scammers.
Should I open a complaint bro? Cause I mean if they say 3 months they could just never pay me and just wait till I forget about it. How do we know they'll even follow through?
Should I submit it? I mean they made false accusations that never happened and I have nothing to hide. Not to mention they're saying 3+ months. That could just be an excuse to not pay me out. They never even asked for a bitcoin address or anything and he told me the banking info I enter isn't important it's just to process the form. It just seems shady and not good business. I'm fed up with dealing with these casinos.
It's because that way they can pressure you to deposit real money and move up the cue. Make sense? I don't understand why I'd associate with someone that treated me the way they did though. They aren't even smart enough to fix the issue that if you put a space in the postal code which is the regular format, it freezes on account creation screen. That should be like the first thing they do. It uses the email address but the account doesn't get created and you have to use another email. Shady businesses like them could also try to scam you with something like that even though the email is unusable and their glitch. I actually had a conversation with them about that and how they could try to scam me after I win the money potentially by lying.
Yo, check this out.
Slots7casino is trying to scam me too. I just figured out the 2 casinos trying to scam me or tried to have the same owner. WHAT A COINCIDENCE LOL
Can you help me so they don't get away with it? It's not even the money but it was like hourssssss of bullshit I had to put up with with them.
