Well, they said there's a lineup for bonus winners and if you deposit money you can cut the cue. They want to do it to pressure people to spend more and get out of paying. So many casinos are like this.

So, to speed up the withdrawal process and skip the line you should deposit money - in order to be paid sooner?! That feels sick.

Well, questionable reputation 🙁!

I hope they will try to explain this suggestion in the complaint.

The only possible fair situation would be if you deposited by a different payment option and this new one needs to be evaluated to be used for this withdrawal.

I did the 300FREE chip welcome bonus, played quite a bit, had over 1000$ at one point at 600$ i requested a withdrawal, its been almost 2 weeks and i have NOT received a payment via wire transfer to my bank.

I sent my ID as requested, now my post is still pending I haven't received anything with from the withdrawal.

I'd assume that your account is not fully verified. Have you received any confirmation? If not, ask the casino whether your account is verified and if it is not, ask what documents you must provide in order to get verified now.

I sent them messages and requested them to get a hold of me quite a few different times and they have not reached out to me in any way shape or form.

So there is no way you can communicate with the casino, at the moment it seems.

That is not good for sure, our complaint team will do their best to help you with the issue.

I appreciate you and your team for your assistance, this really sucks... I was expecting that withdrawal as well as relying on it to come through a bit... Last month was not a good month for work, this month is looking worse because of this situation. Again, thank you for your assistance. I really appreciate it.

Sorry to hear that things are not going well.

I guess we all have our troubles these days, not sure how you feel but I think that everything is somehow more difficult and stressful than ever before.

Keep fighting, times will change eventually.

I can imagine that you'll probably don't like what I'm about to write, but still, allow me to say, that you should reconsider playing in the casino if you can't afford to lose. Play only with a sum you don't actually "need".

Another point is, that I strongly recommend playing in a more decent casino, consider it, please. The worst possible combination (the riskiest) is a casino with a bad reputation AND unlicensed - which is sadly your case.

I just hope that the casino will cooperate with the complaint team.

I never stated I "needed" it, just the fact of how it would be extremely beneficial if I did receive that, and would appreciate it very much if they actually gave me the withdrawal. My current circumstances are due to my job failing. The point is still that they are holding my money I earned, not following the basic principle that their company is built upon.

Pardon me for that, I was a little over-worried. 

Now we shall see how much the casino cares when it comes to solving issues.
