They essentially were trying to fraud me out of the money. Read my post in general discussion. They're borderline scammers. I "might" get my money in 3+ months and they tried everything to scam me and not fix an issue the manager did in 10 seconds. They wasted so much of my time I should get $500 extra just for the bulls--- and actually had the nerve to try making accusations (the manager Shaun) that never happened about multiple accounts until I called his bulls--- out. Fu-en morons.
