My player account certainly is within your scope and reach sir. With that aside I think you should look into the rates of commissions as well as the many scam accusations across social media all over.

Please don’t take my word for it but also the "unfounded" dozen or more accusations on this site which makes someone really question if you are being bribed to conceal bad reputations of shuffle. How isn’t this in your scope?

I understand that several players could have problems with such things and it would be impossible to help them anyway. The important thing is that affiliate contracts, agreements and anything like that we simply can't solve and evaluate in someone's favor because we don't have the reach to do so.

Regardless of the affiliate contract, which isn’t even in writing, my player account is closed and specifically cited as "threatening staff" as official reason. I would love to see this threat I made anytime leading up to my dispute and account closure between August 11th and September 9th when it was closed.

Each of your complaints starts the same from what I have seen and even though you don't mention the affiliate contract anymore, it is still revolving around the same thing and it is quite important there. Even if they hadn't closed the account for the reason you mentioned, or if it had just been resolved, it would have come back to the affiliate relationship between you and the casino. However it plays out, I feel like that's pretty much the main point of the whole thing. 

Well this isnt my fault that they chose to market this airdrop in a way that benefits those whose earnings generated income, it just so happens that yes, I am one of those. Regardless, I am still owed for "All one needs to do is place a bet to be considered eligible for the airdrop." And as such, there it is.

Not just me but hundreds of complaints for the same reason, however shuffle cherry picks who and for what offense while looking the other way for others. Dont forget that BossmanJack, has an account and a partnership despite his known geo based in the USA, cashing out 200k without verifications. Meanwhile, shuffle is forcing his users to provide docs when they try to cash out.

I can show you endless examples of this, combined with no-response and just plain rude responses as a way to annoy you to the point of it being LITERALLY years later to get a reply in hopes you say a few F* bombs on the way somewhere so they can disable and block you. This has nothing to do with my affiliate terms, which I can show you around $950,000 or more in losses but lets focus please strictly on my player account and airdrop.

You know, I think it would be more effective for you to be so active on the form focused on affiliate bussines. Meaning, I believe you should post this on GPWA forum that is dedicated to affiliates.

I won $500 at this casino and they asked me for verification, I uploaded all the documents a week ago, but I did not receive any news from them. The casino ignores me and does not want to withdraw my money. In no case do not play at this casino, they do not pay money!

It's not very nice when a player finds himself in such a situation. I would also like to know if something is wrong and if the documents are OK or if there is something wrong. But I can see that they are ignoring you and that would bother me. On the other hand, if they haven't seen all the documents yet, they probably don't have anything to say to you yet, but a week would be pretty much on the edge for me too.

However, since you have lodged a complaint, our team will investigate your case and hopefully we can help you. The best thing would be for the casino to verify and pay you without further unnecessary issues.

Summary: Bainy Zhang is one of 3 shuffle.com co-founders, i thought if i contacted him he might be approachable with my relationship with stake where i maintain a partnership despit having disagreements with them thy always pay on time and in full. Bainy I think might be homophobic im not sure because he told me to suck his dick and nobody cared, nor does he seem concerned with laundering proceeds of singaporian drug cartels which is going on.

Shuffle reports of scams and premature account closures are growing daily by every social media. I documented more than 40 in a previous post, its clear they dont care and are rugging.

the number one most important part of igaming is making sure especially affiliates, are properly credited. Because like stake, we had a disagreement, i moveed on because of it, but they still pay me in full on time every month because they know how vital this is to make this a priority. A very sad conversation and from what they write I don't think they are getting anywhere. I don't really know what to write about it, but probably just that it is not normal to use such language. Absolute disrespect to the man and someone like that probably shouldn't work for a casino. 

However, it would be better if you keep these conversations to yourself, because it is not at all acceptable to use such abusive language and I think from this the players can also read what they wrote to you.
