I don't wish to file any complaints about Ruby SlotsIt's not the time of year to open a can of worms. I did receive correspondence from 3 managers from their payers. I've tracked the Bitcoin on blockchain and I can't rule out that I didn't make a mistake. I've seen the light. 😔 Actually I picked up a larger win elsewhere. However, their cash out time is still ridiculous. I think I mentioned earlier that if they greatly improved this problem, it can be a very nice playing casino.

Thanks for this site and it's function.

Part of me still believes that trying any new casino is a crap shoot, no pun intended. In my experiences, 9 out of 10 online casinos turn out to have their ways to argue every withdrawal. So, again, thanks for the offers but I feel they have a chance to move up in ratings.

I understand your attitude and I'm not going to force you, I just wanted to try to help. I personally think it's best not to play in casinos and save the money you would have deposited there for something else. 

However, if a player finds a casino where he doesn't have problems, I always recommend to stick to even one rather than trying 10 others and running into various difficulties 

Anyway, I hope that you will do well and in the future you will not run into such a situation. I wish you good luck. ☘️

They robbed me of $2700. They had no problem taking my deposits but when I won they screwed me. Also, casino guru works for the casinos so asking them for help is a joke.

Hi, I read your case about your complaint against this casino which was rejected. 

Unfortunately we were unable to help you as the casino provided evidence suggesting that the wagering of the bonus wasn't finished confirming that the funds were indeed mixed. 

I'm really sorry it turned out this way but in cases like this you should always double-check all available balances in the casino and if you are not sure about anything, turn to the casino support.

I saw that Peter also mentioned in the complaint at the end that the casino platform seems to be complicated and confusing. But in this circumstance it was not possible to penalize the casino. 

While I understand your frustration, more could not have been done in this case, which is very disappointing. 

However, even though it didn't turn out happily for you, it doesn't mean that we work for the casino. We wouldn't be helping you if that were the truth.

I have requested 2 withdrawls of 2500 each. I have been trying to get my withdrawls now for over 3 weeks.

I went through the verification process with Hooyu, however I was told I need to send my documents into documents@rubyslots.com. I have done this 4 times now. Tonight again I asked customer service (chat) on the status of my withdrawls and again I was told I needed to send in a bank statement to verify my account? Why do they need a bank statement to verify my account is still active? I made deposits from that account. I e-mailed a statement to them, and was told it had to be in PDF format, so again I had to jump through hoops to get it to PDF format, and I am pretty sure in a week or so I will have to send in another piece of information. This has been ongoing to get verified for 3 weeks now and I am no closer to receiving my with drawls. This site needs either to get their process streamlined or be black listed. It is a good site easy to navigate, but I probably will be looking for some place else to play. If I had know this sites verification process was this way I would not have spent a penny here.

Be careful. These online casinos are stealing your private information and making fraudulent charges on your credit cards. EVERYONE check your bank statements. They've been doing it for quite some time now

Also, casino guru says they are here to help you? I have read hundreds of complaints and the cases that they close are always due to mixing funds and u.s. dollars. They are just as big as liars as the online casinos. They don't get the casino to pay you, they help the casino to not pay you by making alit of bullshit up that gets them off the hook.

Notice how casino guru suggests you still play at this casino so maybe your SECOND withdraw will be faster. These people all work together to make sure you don't get paid by some bullshit loop hole. Yours being an incorrect address, says them. Especially, if you're talking u.s. dollars. They take your deposit but they don't pay when you win. They can all rot in hell.

I checked your complaint briefly, and I do understand what makes you feel this way. Yet your accusations are far from true.

Allow me to mention this:

"I received an update from the casino rep and it seems that you haven't even played with the cashback bonus, deposited on top of it, and then played with mixed funds. If this is the case, I'm afraid I won't be able to help you. I know that the bonus system on this platform can be pretty confusing and the terms can be unclear so we always try to help the players. However, in this case, the wagering requirement wasn't finished, so basically the situation is the same as in every other casino - unless the wagering is finished, the bonus conditions apply."

You're speaking about general bullshits, when we explain each case individually. So, I have a proposal for you: If you want to go through each case, you are convinced we have not handled fairly, do so, please.

Create your own thread in the category called "Feedback and Suggestions" and I will do my best to follow your thoughts and opinions.

Accusing us without concrete points is really not fair at all.

At least because we do not announce we will recover the disputed amount, but when we have a chance, we try to achieve that.

Hello. Sorry you have to go thru this situation, when the verification process takes a bit longer, I could say. I surely can understand the frustration, but unfortunately, as the casino doesn't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures.

I can see your complaint over here 👈, which needs to be updated by you, so could you do that, please, whenever possible?🙏

If I may, I would like to advice to you, to wait for the resolution of your complaint, before getting to any hopefully unjustified accusations about the casino. Let's see what our complaint team will be able to do to get it resolved.

I think you are not objective, but rather concluding things you want to see fit with each other. Please deal with the fact, that, in your case, nothing could be done.

I'm more than convinced our teams did everything to explain the complaint outcome to you, so I think turning this bitterness on and on is really not necessary.

We do not work for casinos, and we do not push players to play or deposit. Please keep it reasonable.

I think that while I understand your frustration, we don't have to be skeptical right away. Your complaint is still open and we will have to wait and see if we can help you. I see the ball is in the casino's court and that should come with an update on the documents. Hopefully a positive one and you will be able to withdraw your money. 

Try to think positive because it is a good sign when the casino communicates.

In all the time I've been playing casinos I've never been asked for a bank statement. Normally it's been ID passport Drivers license or National ID Card so it has to be photographic. Proof of residence in PDF format and if you paid by card the front and back of card with certain details covered. So it to me is a strange request. I usually send the front page of my latest bank statement as proof of residence just in case they want proof of bank account also but it's never been necessary. One of the last casinos I joined wanted also a selfie with my ID proof showing as well as a card with my name DOB name of casino and date on it. That took some doing with 2 hands. Given that they have only just asked for, and you have provided, your bank statement in PDF I would give them a bit more time. I play at 2 casinos now and deposit using bank transfer no proof needed and withdraw crypto max pay time 4hrs. If you think this way of doing transactions is appealing then I recommend getting a Revolut bank account which is an online banking service that gives you the crypto facility to buy sell send and receive

Finance says they will not send my withdrawl to my account, that they "Do not do that bank?"

I called my bank, and my bank assured me that if I gave them the SWIFT code and account, it would be deposited in my account. I advised the Zombie I talked to on chat of this.

International transfers are global as long as you have a swift and IBAN I hope they aren't trying it on!
