No customer support. No response to emails. ID information pending for weeks (selfie and DL). No verification of credit cards, etc. I quit. Their tactics are similar to those at Raging Bull. Scam.

I've explained over and over. They have taken my money from my account after denying my withdraw request. They did this after I provided all the documents requested, right up until the last day they had to approve or deny request. The casino made up some story about mixing funds because I made a deposit while still having $5 in my account. It was all my money. The casino are a bunch of liars and thieves. If they weren't, I would have my $2700. I am not a rich person, this is not right.

So true, and then makes up b.s. stories and will not pay. They owe me $2700. Now, the money has disappeared and they put $30 in my account. They are thieves and they can take their $30 and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.
