Hello, I think you shouldn't give up just yet and if the casino doesn't answer you and your withdrawal hasn't gone anywhere without them giving you a relevant answer, then we will try to help you. May I ask how long your situation has been going on ?

Anyway, I suggested you open a complaint here, so I think slowly but surely the time will come and as I said, our team will try to help you.

Definitely don't lose your head and money just yet. We'll see what we can do. If you have an update, let me know.

Thanks for your positive reminders Jaro. My withdrawal is dated Nov. 7. The long and drawn out crypto withdrawal doesn't really reflect all the issues with this place. They are rude for not replying at all. How can you be running a business and just simply ignore customer inquiries? I don't need this stress.

Unfortunately it is like that somewhere, even though I don't want it either, and I would prefer it if every problem could be solved without further follow-ups. But if the issue persists, will you go ahead and file a complaint ? I think that might be appropriate. Let me know.

Update: 2 more emails to support, no response. I do have a ticket number too. No customer support found. Chat sessions, I've had 3. This method always ends via a canned response about their shitty withdrawal procedures.

I'm quite convinced the complaint might help. Do you agree now? 🤔

Well, if you do, suit yourself here, please: https://casino.guru/complaints/createaaa

I chatted with support just now. They presented me with a lie. Checking my account, support asks "does your wallet end in ####" ? I hear this is a delay tactic. I would never make a crypto wallet address mistake. Never have, never will. I provided the real address again. So they escalated to someone who can look at my withdrawal and reply within 24-48 hours. I have to wait because considering Holidays during my withdrawl, I'm on day 10 today. This really sucks. They lie and therefore have definitely lost my business. I'll file complaint when I get nothing from them within 48hrs.

I think it is the right step to file a complaint if the problem persists. As for your crypto wallet address, maybe the casino just wanted to confirm, but we'll see how it turns out. Anyway, be sure to let us know how you decided and if you filed a complaint. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get your money. 🤞

Crossing fingers. I should have tried that long ago. I checked my withdrawal and to my freakin amazement, dated 11/21/2023, approved withdrawal. I'm still not out of the woods. No bitcoin payment received yet. Okay, if my withdrawal is delivered to my wallet "soon", I'll celebrate a hard fought win, no complaint needed as of yet.

It may turn out that aside from Ruby Slots slow pay, my only complaint is no communication from them.

I am glad that things have moved forward and that your withdrawal is approved. So let's see when you will get the money.

Anyway, I was wondering if this is your first withdrawal, because we have this on our website: "First withdrawal is extremely slow". Have you seen that?

Well, let's be patient for now and see how the situation develops. Nevertheless, be sure to let us know if you got the money or not.

Yes Jaro. First withdrawl. Question is, will there be a second withdrawal. 😉

I would certainly be happy if there were more of them, but for now let's not get ahead of ourselves and wait to see if this first one will be okay. Do you agree ? 😊

Approved to me means this first one is good. If Rubyslots were to change their ridiculously long payout wait to compete with others, it wouldn't be half bad. The slots seem to have a good RTP.

Well, it's a good step towards withdrawing the money, but the last step is when you get it into your account. So for me it would be. I mean, when that happens, could you confirm that you've received the money?

I can also see that the casino is quite convenient for you, except for this long wait. Will you stick with it even though you know the wait for the money is quite long ?

I'll keep you posted. They write on their withdrawal forms that crypto is much, much faster to receive. Well I suppose many sites point that out. Yes, it's faster but not until you actually decide to send it. So as far as playing there again, I likely will wait until they improve payout times. By a lot.

So that's a pretty reasonable view I would say. I think this is the most common request from players towards casinos to make withdrawals as fast as possible. So we'll see if that ever changes

As for the update, I'll wait and hopefully it will have a happy ending soon. Good luck. 🙂

Nothing yet. I can't count apparently. I want somebody there to commit to a date. Don't forget, my withdrawal was approved at approximately 3:00AM on 11/21. I text support, same non-committal answer every time. Today support provided me their payments email address. So I wrote to them very politely asking about payment schedules. 3 hours later, no response so I am not expecting any reply at all.

You know what really pisses me off, makes me angry translated for you members.

1. Don't take 10 business days to deliver crypto after waiting the entire 10 days for approval ( I placed my withdrawal request on 11/7). They provide the 5-10 business day garbage so why not take the 10 business days? They are anyway, both approval and payment, same.

2. Next! What legitimate entertainment company don't give a shit about customers? Ruby Slots don't give a shit about you. They take your money immediately. You've heard all that before. But to make a good impression on new customers seem to not be in their DNA. Acquiring new customers and retaining them is what you are taught in Business 101. So Ruby Slots is just a flash in the pan. They will not last.

I had so many more negative remarks for Ruby Slots but this is getting too long.

Hopefully you will take my horror story and and decide to NOT PATRONIZE RUBY SLOTS CASINO. DON'T BECOME A MEMBER.

Ruby Slots payment process sucks and they know it. Stay away. Absurd payment processes such as those practiced by Ruby Slots do not have a place for me to play there.

We'll support did tell me that if I don't receive payment by 12/6, contact them and they will escalate then. How's that for customer service?

That's why I wrote that if you have any of the following problems you can use our service where our team will try to help you as best as they can. Your situation is already quite persistent, so if you have to wait another few days without any updates, I think that it would be a good step to start a complaint.

However, ultimately the decision is yours. I hope you will be able to get the money as soon as possible. I will keep my fingers crossed. 🤞

Just one more confusing addition. I received a reply from the finance manager at approx. 4:00AM today. Quote: Your payment has been prioritized and will be processed within the next couple of days.

Then another email arrived at approx. 7:00AM from Ruby Slots. Quote: Your payment is being reviewed and should be processed within the next 5-7 business days. Once it has been processed, it will be sent for payment.

Confusing? The second mail is non-committal, which I am used to

I certainly appreciate the first email from the payments manager since it does appear to commit to paying. Why so late, why the second email mentions processing for another 5-7 business days....blah, blah.... I'd like to think it is just an auto-reply and I can count on payment as per the finance manager. It's Friday morning here. Hopefully I get paid today or tonight, or Saturday? I hope today. Then I can forget about this and move on. I'm beginning to hate online slots in these casinos. I'm near the Hard Rock in Tampa FL. Maybe I have to go back to brick and mortar and forget online casinos - until something changes with player payments. They need to change to an immediate payment system for crypto or they'll start disappearing faster than they are now. I can't trust online much longer.

I don't want to file a complaint. I'm giving Ruby Slots a chance. I did hear something about what you mentioned Jaro. I heard about "earning my way to a faster withdrawal". First withdrawal and maybe second withdrawal will not be part of this faster payment program. It remains to be seen when I will qualify for their elite payment program.

Lot's of promises, confusion and vagueness. I hope they get this right. My gut feeling is that I like Ruby Slots and as I said, I hope they make positive improvements.

Good luck to everyone!

Well, I would be quite confused, too...

But I understand you want to be generous during the first withdrawals. I hope we are about to see a happy ending soon. 🙏

In the worst case, the complaint is available 24/7.

We'll be here.

It seems that I've been taken to the cleaners. Ruby Slots sent payment and have provided me the hash. I see one amount on block chain for that hash that is an amount close to mine. I don't recognize the wallet. It appears that the bait and switch started as I posted on this thread above, I think, when support asked me "Does your address start with xxxxx?" Of course I said no, here is my address, and I posted it to them. The support guy just said ok and went on to answer my status question.

I guess it's over. I am sick to my stomach and lll tell you I have never, ever provided an incorrect address in over 6 or 7 years. That was not the problem. I was set up and screwed really good. Merry Christmas to me and my family.
