So true I was wondering the same thing cause money legitimately gets stolen and people's accounts get deleted but you will never see the "evidence" against you but it's there
Well, I'm glad you're doing well, but if you have something to say about Stake Casino, you can do it here in this thread: https://casino.guru/forum/casinos/stake-casino-us---general-discussion which is dedicated to it, so we won't go elsewhere since this is a thread about Ruby Slots Casino.
What do you say, can you share your experience there ?
Honestly, there are too many Ruby this and Ruby that. I likely made a mistake. You're comment does nothing for me. I think this site is a little suspect in the way they defend these casinos. Practically all of the gurus responses are that we should wait longer even though the casinos crooked terms and conditions say 48 hours or 2-4 business days, etc. Lies. This is a great concept for a helpful site to read but a) shouldn't be needed and b) serves as great advertising for bad casinos. I gamble. All real gamblers have a crooked side right?
And our guru gives Ruby slots a 7.1 for safety. Who the hell can we believe anything here? Can't trust the forum either. Some gamblers are already jaded and will stretch the truth. Of course the gamblers are insisting they've been wronged.
So, this was all because the casino went offline? Uhm, I guess we both feel it is not possible to lower the casino's safety index because it is under maintenance or experiencing server issues, right? 🙏
As far as I can tell, the casino is up and running.
Well, is there anything we can help you with? I mean, what's the matter?
It's just a matter of no communication whatsoever. I requested a withdrawl, received an immediate "we received your withdrawal request". I guess not too long ago, which is 11/7. But I can't shake the feeling that they won't pay. Waiting days for withdrawal is what they claim but using crypto, they say you'll receive payment "much, much faster. My money, won fair and square, I cash out, then they cut communications like this. I don't like" requesting " my own damn money. Playing online is fun and convenient but online is going to kill it's own industry by making winners plead and beg for their own money. Big players can stay. The proliferation of the online casino must mean they're simple turnkey operations anybody can own. If you win as an owner, great business! If you begin to lose money as an owner, simply don't pay your winners as professional and trustworthy casinos have to pay. That's my problem. Comes down to lack of communication from questionably crooked casinos.
I know how you must feel and I sympathize with you when you say no one is answering. So you've been waiting for money for a week, huh? I would like to point out that we give casinos 14 days, so if nothing is resolved, you can file a free feature-complaint with us.
However, do you also have a fully verified account ? Please let me know.
Thank you for your reply, so as I said if the casino can't resolve the withdrawal in 14 days then I suggest you file a complaint.
But besides the repetitive answer, did you get any other response from the casino which is more relevant or is it still the same ?
Anyway, you will have to be patient for a bit longer and we will see where the situation goes. If you have something new, would it be possible to let us know ?
Communications with Ruby amounts to an auto reply email from their support mailbox saying they received my inquiry. I chatted with support yesterday or the day before. I left $100 and requested a $685 withdrawal. I asked if I could play with the $100. She checked my account and sees my withdrawal request and an entry that removes the bonus. She said it all looks good, feel free to play but stay within the bonus rules. I did. In a nutshell, I'm waiting.
So at least some answer that didn't have the same ending. I'd definitely take some screenshots if you have a conversation, in case there are some difficulties.
Well, let's see how it goes, since the casino said it all looks fine. Let me know if anything changes. 🙂
Just an update. I sent email to support address. The email promises a response within 72 hours (poor support). They never reply. I ask in each email if they've gotten the chance to look at my withdrawal to approve or disapprove. That's all I want now. Here I go again feeling like I have to beg for an update. What a rotten casino probably run by kids. No pay, no support. That's too bad. I thought the casino had a chance to be legitimate. I feel the Ruby Slots casino is a well organized fraud.
I'll post in a few days or if anything happens, which is doubtful. If they need $685.00 more than I do...... just keep it but at least deny it and take it back. I'm tired. I'll be heading back to brick and morter casinos until this online casino industry is legitimate. Ruby Slots, stay away from them.
