Zero customer service. Trying to cash out some winnings and sent in the documents to the email given and not a peep from them been about a week now. Their chat doesn't work the number doesn't work and apparently neither does the email.....update the chat started working but was just told I would have to wait up to a week for my winnings to be verified and than another week until they would be sent. Which is weird like why not pay out like most credible sites instantly. So guess we will see if It shows up

I wish i could post the screenshot. I won 3500 dollars. I completed the wagering requirements so i could get the fifty bucks. But i said screw it and kept playing with the 50 dollars i was entitled to, and i turned it into 3500. But since i didnt withdraw the 50 they said it still under the rules of the coupon 50 spins max cash out 50 bucks. When i argued the fact that it was my fifty THEY were going to pay me out than why wouldnt i be entitled to the 3500 i won? And everytime the operator would close the chat i took screenshots of everything, i feel they straight stole my winnings and spit in my face with giving me 50 of it
