Recently won that. I won it after i finished a 50 free spin 45× wagering max cash out 50 coupon. I was feeling lucky so in my head i have 50 bucks now to play with and i turned it into 3500. But they said anything you win is void and your not entitled to. But yet they were going to pay me the 50 bucks so if they were going to pay me 50 the same 50 i used to win that how would i not be entitled to that?

I think the problem is probably caused by the fact that almost every no deposit bonus contains several limitations. The most common is known as "maximum cashout". I would guess in your case, it was an amount of 50 bucks. Can you check the rules, perhaps?

Normally it means:

"The amount of money you can withdraw from your free spins winnings is limited to $50. Any winnings over this limit will be forfeited."

Ask the support or find the rules applied, then let me know - I'll wait for your update.

That part i understand im saying the money from free spins has to be wagered 40× and max cashout is 50 so i reached that. But thought to myself instead of withdrawing this fiffy why not just keep it in and play. Cause lets be honest i was just going to throw it back in. So at this point im thinking i got 50 bucks that took forever to get i wagered my 50 free spins winnings i think was 31 bucks wagered ×40 was able to keep 50 in the end. So at this point i think ok well coupon is complete no rules on this 50 that they were going to pay me and said screw max bet 25 got 3500. Thats where i have the problem because that was my fifty they were going to pay it to me a anyways but instead kept it in gambled and won and than IMO robbed. That make a little more sense?

I perfectly understand your thinking. This is a common issue related to RTG platforms, bonuses, and all conditions applied end by withdrawal request or, in some cases, by successful withdrawal.

It sucks perfectly!

You know what? Submit a complaint. Brango is highly evaluated and should be fair, I think it would be good to look into it more closely.

Anyway, how are these rules stated in their terms and conditions?

I'm not saying the complaint is going to save the day, but it is better than nothing.
