First they try to solve it even without contacting the casino, do all they can, and later on, if needed, they try to get in contact with the particular casino. It is not always easy, but they always do their best, to get the complaint resolved. Throughout this whole process, the complaint team communicate with the player about the steps, they do and inform him/her of all the new information they have collected.
