So you should you won it fair and square!! No bonus straight win they should pay up. Thomas's case is different he closed account and opened another using a different email and won. The casino are disputing it by stating he had a duplicate account which breaches most casinos t@cs. I still hope he gets his money as it means a lot to him but you deserve to be paid outright with no quibbling from the casino.🤞

Σαφώς και είναι διαφορετική περίπτωση από την δική Μου και μιας και αναφέρεστε στην δική μου περίπτωση, ο πρώτος μου λογαριασμός είχε κλείσει, και εν συνεχεία την επόμενη μέρα έκανα νέο λογαριασμό, ποτέ δεν έπαιξα με διπλοτυπο λογαριασμό και προκαλώ το casino rabona να το αποδείξει.. εγώ έστειλα όλα μου τα αποδεικτικά στοιχεία στην καταγγελία μου, και μάλιστα με στιγμιότυπα οθόνης. Στον νέο μου λογαριασμό επίσης έβαλα τα αληθή μου στοιχεία για την εγγραφή, μόνο το email και ο αριθμός τηλεφώνου είναι διαφορετικός, έπαιζα περίπου 6 μήνες και ποτέ δεν μου ζήτησαν επαλήθευση.. ρωτάω: γιατί με άφησαν να κάνω νέο λογαριασμό και να δεχτούν την κατάθεση μου και να μην με μπλοκάρουν; Και όταν κέρδισα τότε με κλείσανε τον λογαριασμό; Δεύτερη ερώτηση αφού έγραψα να μου κλείσουν τον λογαριασμό λόγω εθισμό στον τζόγο γιατί με δέχτηκαν ξανά και δεν με μπλοκαραν τον λογαριασμό όπως θα έπρεπε για να με προστατέψουν; Εδώ μιλάμε για μεγάλη παρανομία που εκτός ότι διεκδικώ τα χρήματα που μου ανήκουν Θελω να τιμωρηθεί το casino από την αρμόδια ανεξαρτητη αρχή παιγνίων... Έχω χάσει χιλιάδες ευρώ και δεν είναι δίκαιο να θέλουν μόνο να κερδίζουν πρέπει να πληρώνουν και ανάλογα τους πελάτες τους.. και ακόμη μια ερώτηση: πως αφήνουν τους παίκτες να παίζουν χωρίς επαλήθευση στοιχείων για μήνες που είναι η ασφάλεια διότι μπορεί να παίζουν εξαρτημένοι άνθρωποι η το χειρότερο νέα παιδιά που είναι το υπεύθυνο παιχνίδι; Αυτά από εμένα και ελπίζω να δικαιωθούμε και οι δύο και να τιμωρηθεί το εν λόγω casino..
