Hi, I read your complaint and Michal explained it quite well why in the end the case was closed as unjustified. It is also the player's duty to look into things like restricted country. I saw that they refunded your deposits, so the casino didn't just take all your money and leave you alone. 

So next time I recommend that you take an interest in these things too, to avoid further misunderstandings.
