I used this company for a long time I spent hundreds no verification asked lost hundreds no verification asked when I won a decent amount they didn't like it they withheld my full balance £2400 ukgbp they asked me verification I did so in full.they kept making excuses I asked my player identity number they didn't give I emailed them after verification in full they send your full balance would be sent to you. But no they only paid £863 and said we are not paying rest. They kept making excuses to deny me my money I screenshot the whole conversations with staff and have emails they sent me then tried to lie saying I violated a casino law I emailed asked if I did such explain no response. They tried keeping me to play so I lose by throwing in bonuses I rejected them after finishing gameplay my total balance was complete and untouch as they hoarded it. £2400 after a while of emailing they only paid part of it £863 ukgp. Wich the rest they said we are not paying I was nice to them their staff game hosts and management they still did this to me.

Hi there yes I have sent Mr matej the full casino conversion with staff chat proof all screenshots and of my full casino balance on that individual gameplay £2400ukgbp wich I was unable to access at all until they asked me to verify I did so in full my bankcards bank statements showing transactions my bank name address city postcode and showing my name sort code account number my British passport and British birth certificate UK official government documentation identification letter my dual national identity card photo identification official Pakistan government identity card with UK and Pakistan address in date also no I didn't play with bonuses on this individual gameplay they tried throw it in they asked wager 4x the deposit amount I did so.they never asked verification at beginning when I joined deposited in hundreds lost hundreds they did t care.only when I won 2400ukgbp they didn't like playing me around even after full verification .on bank statements it doesnt show the casino name rather a specific descriptor I have emailed nick matej,all the conversations with ninecasino staff chat and of the full balance of this individual gameplay wich I could not access.they stated I violated a casino law wich I didn't.i emailed asked wich law I got no answer they terminated my account so I cannot access nor did they provide me with my player identity number or with a deadlock number to give to ceg or the gambling commission authorities of curaçao. UK government official gambling authorities contacted me stating they illegally used our country customers without license. So the most I could do and provide you with I have.nick matej will have in his emails.i have been in touch with curaçao gambling commission authorities so I was told to wait. I very patiently do so. I couldn't even file a complaint give my cash to ,c.e.g as ninecasino refused to co operate not providing me with my player details of ninecasino. I contacted them via email no response.british gambling commission authorities of UK called me they mentioned that ninecasino used our shores without licence. I contacted g.c.b.and another authority gambling commission of curaçao I was told to wait.i still am.the other thing is UK gambling commission authorities asked me questions due respect for their records I was cooperative with them but how about helping your own citizen who has been wrongfully targeted I can't still believe they did this to me I was good and kind to them polite.
