So I got an email from MR.BET on June 28th, 2024, here is the original text. "2.5 EUR has been credited to your account. Enjoy the game! You have received cashback." I go to the MR.BET Casino website and there is real money 2.50 euros on it, so I play and turn 2.50 euros into 600 euros, read 200 once and 300 once, and suddenly all payouts failed and further up it says manual payout 490 euros domestic payments successful and I still have 10 euros in credit on my account, then I look at my Sparkasse account and it's not there, then I ask in the live chat what's going on with my money, yes the money isn't being paid out because it was bonus money. Who is right here?

Hello, this seems like a pretty complicated situation since you say you got the cashback in real money. Then I would also think that I can win any amount of what the casino gave me. 

However, if the Terms and Conditions state what they wrote to you and that is that the bonus money and therefore the cashback is subject to some maximum cashout, then there is probably nothing more to do with it. Did you read it somewhere before you played ? It seems to me that there is little to withdraw, but if they have it set up like that, it will probably be difficult to do something about it.
