I think you'll find a lawyer, but I can't recommend one. You'll have to do some searching on the internet or maybe ask other players, because I don't have any experience with that and legal stuff is out of our spectrum.

I already understood that it is a scam because delay times are not normal and that they only tell you to be patient. but well I wanted to download here and I'm going to see if legally something can be done although I find it difficult

Hello, that is the biggest problem, that they don't give you any explanation. On June 24 I request the withdrawal, on the 25th they ask me for verification with documents and on the 26th I receive the email that everything is verified. I changed the status of the withdrawal from "pending" to "in progress" and after 2 days I received an email that the withdrawal failed. From then on I make 4 more withdrawals that are "pending" for 2 days and then they say it failed without giving any explanation. Now I tried depositing to see if it would unblock the situation and it doesn't seem like they left the account with me without being able to do anything or withdraw or deposit. And in customer service they only tell you that they pass it on to the corresponding department but they never contact you from said department. Very bad experience and makes me think that I will never be able to get the money.

Is that uruguayan money 200$ each or how much? One time they delayed me 3 weeks for 100$+ but they pay. Other times it was under 48hrs. I am talking from personal experience that they pay but they have a long list sometimes from the hits. They seem limited. But they always pay. Just give it some time. I found their slots to be the best and fairest of 99% of other casinos. Even crypto casinos which pay on the spot.

I hope so but it is being very strange. I have approximately 12,000 dollars to withdraw. But what discourages me is that it was verified, the money had been debited from the account and then it failed again and again. Then they told me that some verification was missing since it was already fine and they had debited me the money. Now I am like the first day with the withdrawal pending and waiting. Ah shit, thats alot of money. Ok let me explain to you as I have investigated this matter online. You prob have done sports betting. W/e it was u bet on, on largw sums, they say it on TOS that they will pay u 5k (i think it is) in one month and rest next month, till the full sum is paid. They keep a waiting list. I stil believe they will pay, but might take a while. Sadly, this is the type of casino they run. They seem to have limited funds or dont want to bankrupt the casino so they put a waiting list.

I actually won it at the slots. I was lucky haha but well now let's wait.
