I'm also someone who likes to criticize. But I have to say one thing: MR bet does pay out. But what they don't do, or at least they've never done for me, is verify my account. I've tried countless times, but they don't do it. It gets on my nerves having to wait until the data they've received from me and the documents match. But they paid out anyway. The other problem, and for me the biggest problem. If you make a withdrawal - for example, you have 2000 euros in your account and want to withdraw 1500 euros and continue playing with 500 euros, the withdrawal will be confirmed, but the money is not gone from your account - in other words, it is not put aside. No, the 1500 that you want to withdraw is still in your account and can still be used.

Mir geht es auf den Nerv warten zu müssen bis die daten die sie von mir bekommen haben und die auch die unterlagen dazu übereinstimmen. Aber sie haben trotzdem ausgezahlt. Nur musste ich immer warten ob es passt oder nicht. Muss ich mein Konto verifiieren lassen oder nicht. Darauf zu warten dauert ja schon 24 stunden.
Das andere Problem und für mich das grösste problem. Wenn sie eine Auszahlung vornehmen - beispiel sie haben 2000 euro am konto-wollen 1500 euro auszahlen lassen und mit 500 euro weiterspielen,wird die auszahlung zwar bestätigt- Aber das geld ist jetzt nicht weg von ihren konto-also auf gut deutsch auf die seite gelegt. Nein die 1500 die sie auszahlen lassen wollen,sind noch immer am konto und können noch immer benutzt werden.
Und das finde ich ist eine frechheit

yup i have noticed that too. a few years ago i tested one casino that do the same as well.
Anyway. moving on. Now I'm in a dispute with another casino that do not want to recognise my bank statement under the presumption that they want to see the transaction made to their end and they want to see the name of the casino on the transaction (fun fact i rarely use my credit card so i always use interact and what its shows in bank statement its 'INTERAC e-Transfer To: Gigadat Inc')
I don't want to be paranoid but this have the eye of a potential dispute.
For now i will wait for next month to get the bank statement where the transaction was made yesterday or will call my bank later today to ask them expedite bank statement with latest transactions.
Or maybe they need to do some additional verification. Did they ask for some more documents from you, perhaps?
My account has been under verification for a week and they rejected my documents for inventive reasons now it has not been verified because the payment amount does not match the statement I topped up my account using Skrill, which supports currency conversion. I have no strength.

A few weeks ago I was playing at Mr.bet and when I withdrew the money I won, they blocked my account and told me that they were not going to pay me since this was a second account and only one was allowed per user. Hace unas semanas atrás estuve jugando en Mr.bet y al retirar el dinero ganado me bloquearon la cuenta y me indicaron que no me iban a pagar ya que esta era una segunda cuenta y solo estaba permitida una por usuario. Hmm, casinos don't usually have some kind of system that will track it I would say. Most of the time it's found out during verification and such, but they shouldn't take deposits anyway. If you knowingly created a second account even though you knew you had one in order to get an advantage, then that's a problem and multiple accounts is one of the most basic rules you can't break in a casino.
So why did you create another account ? Did you enter all your personal details and stuff like the first account ?
