I can't agree with that... as long as there is no violation of the terms and conditions! At the end of the day, the winnings are paid out ☝️ the only drawback is that Mr.bet tries to keep cashouts in process until the people affected start losing and get on their nerves. Often the winnings are lost or, in the best case scenario, they just keep quiet and write a complaint, which will be resolved at some point (nobody knows how long it will take). In my opinion, the delaying tactic only leads to one thing!

How do you know that 1000 Poles were cheated by Mr.bet?

I might agree with you if you share with us evidence on what you had experience with that casino, who by the way were trying to delay my payment and i had to escalate in several channels to get my winnings, was exhausting to the point i decided to never play in that casino ever again.

I would invite you to share your experience here with us with photos of your interaction with customer service and what was their reason to not pay your winnings. I think Its very important to read the terms of the casino. be mindful to never use vpn and be transparent as water with them because when its about not paying you they use everything in their power to push you to play your winnings and of course not get paid.

Nevertheless, welcome to the club of people who will not visit that company anymore.

I'm also someone who likes to criticize. But I have to say one thing: MR bet does pay out. But what they don't do, or at least they've never done for me, is verify my account. I've tried countless times, but they don't do it. It gets on my nerves having to wait until the data they've received from me and the documents match. But they paid out anyway. I just always had to wait to see if it was OK or not. Do I have to have my account verified or not? Waiting for that takes 24 hours.

The other problem, and for me the biggest problem. If you make a withdrawal - for example, you have 2000 euros in your account and want to withdraw 1500 euros and continue playing with 500 euros, the withdrawal will be confirmed, but the money is not gone from your account - in other words, it is not put aside. No, the 1500 that you want to withdraw is still in your account and can still be used.

And I think that is an impertinence

yup i have noticed that too. a few years ago i tested one casino that do the same as well.

Anyway. moving on. Now I'm in a dispute with another casino that do not want to recognise my bank statement under the presumption that they want to see the transaction made to their end and they want to see the name of the casino on the transaction (fun fact i rarely use my credit card so i always use interact and what its shows in bank statement its 'INTERAC e-Transfer To: Gigadat Inc')

I don't want to be paranoid but this have the eye of a potential dispute.

For now i will wait for next month to get the bank statement where the transaction was made yesterday or will call my bank later today to ask them expedite bank statement with latest transactions.

Could you please tell us the reason they gave you for not paying the money? Did your account get verified yet?

My account has been under verification for a week and they rejected my documents for inventive reasons now it has not been verified because the payment amount does not match the statement I topped up my account using Skrill, which supports currency conversion. I have no strength.

A few weeks ago I was playing at Mr.bet and when I withdrew the money I won, they blocked my account and told me that they were not going to pay me since this was a second account and only one was allowed per user. My question is, if it is not allowed to have more than one account per user, why when creating a new account they do not block it immediately and they do receive the deposits without any objection. Will it be possible to recover the money I won? Help

Hmm, casinos don't usually have some kind of system that will track it I would say. Most of the time it's found out during verification and such, but they shouldn't take deposits anyway. If you knowingly created a second account even though you knew you had one in order to get an advantage, then that's a problem and multiple accounts is one of the most basic rules you can't break in a casino. 

So why did you create another account ? Did you enter all your personal details and stuff like the first account ?
